The casseroles are nice. I make something similar to the potato one with the addition of onions and cheddar cheese soup, baked in the oven. It never occurred to me to add stuffing mix to it. Maybe the broccoli casserole would have been easier to mix if you mixed everything in the bowl (the broccoli was already in there anyway) and them poured it all into the dish. I do love a good chicken and broccoli casserole! You and your mom are lovely. Keep ignoring the haters.
Crockpot liners are a life changer because there's no mess to clean up afterwards in the crockpot.

Ah you’re one of those people who assume a woman is supposed to be fat, old and ugly after having kids
The way I see it is, it's all about personal attitude towards life in general. One mom can raise several kids and still be beautiful inside and out because she is, at heart, a beautiful soul that chooses positivity as much as possible, and very likely takes care of herself. Another mom might raise only one or two kids and look like she's been raked over life's coals because she chose to not only be bitter and hold grudges, but not take care of herself much at all.
It looks like this particular Queen of Casseroles is the former: she's got good vibes overall, and she strikes me as someone who tries to stay positive and takes good care of herself. Genuine positive attitudes are better than any beauty cream. Okay, so good homemade food helps too. But to me, the root of it is choosing a higher-vibed way of thinking. You can't grudge yourself into a healthy life. I've encountered too many grudge-holders not to see the horrid results. 😅
I can't wait to try the pizza zucchini. My daughter always has a ton of it in her garden and this will be a great way to use it.

This video caught my eye in my feed. I've been making chicken broccoli casserole for many years (recipe from aunt but same) - will have to definitely try with the bread on top - I also sometimes sprinkle a little paprika on top.

I love quick and easy dinners, and casseroles flips the bill. And I love cooking in my crockpot, start dinner when I'm getting breakfast ready. Then it's ready when I get back home.
I grew up on casseroles. I love them. While I might make some minor changes to your recipes because of health issues I think they sound and look delicious.

Seriously? Jump into a lake?! I love casseroles, my grandma wouldn’t waste anything so she managed to make casseroles out of all her leftovers and they all tasted so good! She would make one similar to that chicken and broccoli but put stuffing on top of it instead of bread pieces. It was my favorite.

Kristen (wait....is it Kristin?), I'd replace the ham with shredded or chunked chicken (wife isn't a ham fan), and the last one, well......we both love broccoli, so there's that.
I got burned out on Zucchini many years ago (we had a MASSIVE glut from the garden), and not really a fan, so I'd need a substitute.
Anyway, time to pull out the slow cooker. 😀Wow, I hope you used a hair dryer on that casserole that took a dive. I don't think of myself as a troll, but that could be a short for ya'.

This is interesting. In the UK a casserole means raw ingredients which are cooked in an oven, usually for quite a long time. It's interesting to see the difference

My parents and I made the ham/potato casserole, it was so good and I used ritz crackers instead of the stuffing mix since it’s what I had available. I’m excited for more videos especially more copycat recipes

I watched this vid less than 6 mos ago and the ham & potato casserole is my husband's new fav. He asks me if I can make "that one meal with ham and potatoes". Then I say, "the six sisters recipe?" He says, I don't know what you put in it but its really good! I love it because its so simple and i can stock up on the ingredients beforehand. I've recently tried cream of mushrom, adding less sour cream and more yogurt and potatoes o'brien. It's still very yummy.❤

Instead of cooking spray I use slow cooker liners and it makes cleanup so much easier
