One can only rebuild after civil insurrection when peace and rule of law can be guaranteed by state security agencies.
Here in South Africa we don't have a competent police force or Military.
Without law enforcement the ransacking, burning, killing and stealing can so easily occur once more.

SABC must also visit Umzimkhulu. There's a hardware there called u Bhejane - it is alleged that more than 15 people were burnt to death during the looting spree. The hardware was set alight while people were busy helping themselves inside. Could you kindly make a follow up 🙏

Ixopo is divided by race ...the man speaking Zulu has no perception of Amaxhosa ,masulumane,Coloureds covering more percentage of population nationalities at Ixopo .
