We always try to come to Branson in early December when it's not too crowded and the prices on everything are good, but the Christmas decorations are up. Something we look forward to every year.
@@sguhl4089For SIX I would probably sit in the 6-10 row and prob on the isle because SIX is pretty loud. But I haven't gone to Sight and Sound but we are planning on it! Hope this helps!
I will never forget my mother and father coming home from spending two weeks in New York City and saying how Broadway really disappointed them because they were so used to going to Branson, which have big permanent sets. They said Broadway was just nothing. I’ve been living in Springfield. I’ve seen a lot of great shows one of my favorites was a Hawaiian show. It was only there a year or two, but I have a DVD from the show we saw and it was great because my grandmother and my aunt who was deaf had come over from Hawaii and we took him to that and they had the best time because they don’t go to shows living in Hawaii and it was something that was very visual so my aunt could enjoy it. I’ve seen all kinds of shows shows with animals shows on boats shows not something you expect to see in Branson. I’ve seen you know the famous and semi famous. We are really lucky to have that close although I wouldn’t wanna live in Branson.
Very interesting shows, thanks for your opinion on each show. I have never been to Missouri before, but it does look like somewhere that would interest me soon.
Are there any actual country stars shows left in Branson?? As someone who's never been there, this list has been helpful in making my decision to come there or not. Right out of the gate the Heygoods show, with laser lights, has me doubting if I want to go...
Many country stars still come through and play for a week or two. There was a misconception that Branson had big stars that stayed in Branson the whole time. Even in the 90s, stars like Loretta Lynn or Roy Clark would only be in for a week or so. You can still catch the Oak Ridge Boys, Billy Dean, Collin Raye, Neal McCoy, Garth Brooks, and Diamond Rio in Branson.
@@bransonsbest Okay. Thank you! I really wish I could have seen Andy Williams or Roy Clark, but it wasn't meant to be. We may come in October while in Missouri. I'm sure it's beautiful country. 🙂
Most of the old- time big names have moved , died or retired. Roy, Buck, Charlie, Ray, Mickey Gilley even the Soge ( I can't spell) fiddler theater closed.
@@gomogo2000 i’m sorry you did not get to see Andy Williams. He was really really something special. I would go every year for his Christmas show until it became so stressful for me because he looked so frail. but every year I would go down for a show during the very early spring and then I would go for a Christmas show. I saw a lot of different shows in the spring Christmas shows were always Christmas Christmas and it was great.
hello every cool fact I actually work where this video is being taken at americana theater we got some really cool shows and I worked there probably will see you there
Branson you might remember some people im the person who is the youngest of my family and hears a season back then i use to go to Branson mo and because now 2024 my mom cant like 2024 to me is not a good year and my dream job was like going to space or being a TH-camr but i just dont know...
This is a top 10 list of shows you should see in Branson. You “see” clips of them performing so you know what to expect. I don’t play the copyrighted music for obvious reasons.

It’s a fun show!

This list doesn’t include a lot of more deserving shows and is basically a “has been” recap…
Interesting comment. What shows did you think are more deserving and current?
I really enjoy Jerry Presley’s show & Gospel show!! Will see him again this year for sure!!
worthless you don't get to hear any performance
