Instead of rinsing your wash loads twice, you can save water by spinning the clothes after soaping them. That removes the soap and water and makes it easier to rinse.
That’s what I do
The reason the water inlet on the spin side is to rinse clothes DURING the spin, just like a full size washer. No need to waste water 2 of 3 times on the wash side.
I wash once time then place clothes in the spinner, set for 3 minutes, let the clothes spin for a minute, connect the hose to the spin side inlet, turn on the water and let the clothes rinse for a minute, turn off the water and let the clothes finish spinning for the last minute or two. Done. Its just that simple.

Look into the Magic Chef 2.6 dryer, esp that you have a baby at home. You could look at the 1.5 but the 2.6 is a bit bigger & better. Got mines off of FB Market a yr ago for $100. It actually plugs right into a reg wall plug.

Hi, just wondering if you have a shower. Why not just use the shower head to fill it to cut down on the buckets of water. You can just buy a handheld attachment for your shower and let your washer fill with that. That is what I did !!!

That is the way laundry is done
I wash,,,, spin,,,,then rinse in the wash tub,,, then spin and hang that way i dont have to rinse more than once since all the soapy water was all removed

The hose that this washing machine comes with is better to use and it holds the water properly and its much better than filling up your bucket 🪣 with water 💧 just saying

Did the machine come in an unmarked box my land lord kind of funny. Also can sheets be washed as well.
Very good demonstration. It would be best not to use scented products...not good for your skin or baby's. Scented products are loaded with many chemicals.

I love my portable washing machine! This one is also super awesome! I found an issue that all of these machines have, due to the powerful rotation, your laundry will get tangled up into a large knot during the washing cycle. Your clothing, sheets, and towels will be twisted around each other the entire time and that’s actually not cleaning anything since your laundry detergent works on agitation. Your laundry is not agitating being swirled around in a knotted up, tangled mess...BUT I found a solution to this problem and posted a video on how to fix it! Check it out. Your laundry will be cleaner and you won’t have to untangle a huge mess every time!

I had to use something slender..like an unfolded metal hanger or something of that nature. I forgot exactly what I used.

Is this a Best Choice Products SKY2767 Portable Compact Mini Twin Tub Laundry Washing Machines, and do you still have it / still running strong?
I was gifted a used one from a friend, who upgraded to a different / larger model, for himself. The one he gave me, however, is missing the "spin cap" that's shown at the 10:47 min. mark of the video. I can go online to find and order a replacement, but they come in different sizes, so I was wondering if you would be willing to help me out by taking a tape measure to yours for me, to let me know what it measures out at, measuring across from one flat edge, to the other - and also, from the top round edge, down to the bottom round edge?
That would be a great help if you could do that for me and I'd be very appreciative.
Also, there's supposed to be a water inlet (i.e., feed) hose that goes with the unit, but I'm also missing that, as well - and I didn't see one of those, in the video. Is that something you have included w/your washer, or do you not have or use it?
If you do have it, would you also be able / willing to help me out w/the measurement of such, as well, so that I could go online and order a replacement for that, too - as that would also be a tremendous help? I would need to know what the length of it is, and the width of the two ends, as close to "spot on" as possible, in order to make sure I don't end up ordering and getting stuck w/the the wrong size.
If you have yours but don't want or use it - if it's a good / undamaged inlet hose, w/out any perforations or leaks - maybe you could post it on Facebook marketplace so I could buy it from you, LOL?
I'm really sorry to bother you w/these requests, but I've spent a tremendous amount of time trying to find these specs on the web and have not been able to find them anywhere, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hoping to hear back from you, thanks, in advance for your time and consideration, and for whatever help that you may be able to offer in these regards - and of course, for the video, as well.
PS: Would you be able to provide a purchase / product link to the little laundry lint catcher that you show at the 10:59 min. mark of the video?
Hey there so to answer your questions..yes I still use my machine, it still works very well👍🏽I went ahead and measured the spin cap it is 17.5cm (flat to flat) and 20cm (round to round). Feel free to convert to inches if you need to..I never used the inlet hose with mine. I just use a bucket to put water in the washer. I still have mine though, I can give it to you for free if you live in NY and is willing to pick it up. As it relates to the spin catcher, I had gotten mine but I see them on Amazon so feel free to check there. Hope this helps!

Thank you as well for the dimensions of the spin cap, which are also very much apprciated, 'though it seems, after extensive ans exhaustive searching on the web, I'm only able to locate one such unit, which comes in a 20cm width dimension, which unfortinately looks lke a real piece of junk, when compared to the originial, that originally came w/the washer, when still sold as a Best Choice Products SKY2767 Portable Compact Mini Twin Tub Laundry Washing Machine.
That being said, I would be very happy to be able to at least acquire the inlet hose apparatus from you as offered, but unfortunately, I live in VT, and as a disabled, low income older fellow w/no vehicle, I woud have no way to get to you in NY - though I would be more than happy to reimberse you for postage if maybe you would be willing to consider mailing it to me, or alternatively posting it to Facebook Marketplace so that I could purchase it from you via such, w/shipping included?

Hi dear the reason you had to rinse your babies clothes twice is because you had put to much soap in the machine .
