I was pleased to see seat belt fixings for all the family and not just the driver. It seems a lot of these conversions don’t seem to have them. Enjoy your travels and keep safe.
I think my favorite thing about these bus conversion homes that have families is the room for the parents are in the back there separated and roomy. I love that :) got to have a little space for the sanity lol
Extend your table by cutting a board the same size as your table top, hinge it and use folding table leg. Easy extension and can sit on coach and two folding chairs. 5 plus seating. Can add more folding hinged stack tops to add larger seating etc.
LOVE the layout, pantry, bathroom wall paper etc. Most people don't have a couch AND dining area... Separating the shower from the toilet is a great way to go and a sink is a must have. Good job! Safe travels! God Bless! 💙

It's perfect for a small space and I'm surprised I haven't seen it used more often in tiny homes. Separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom worked well and gave a bit more space in the bathroom itself. Very nice!!!!

If you don't mind a word of caution, childhood asthma risks are linked to propane use: "Even small increases in short-term exposure to *nitrogen dioxide can increase asthma risks* for children." (All burning fossil fuels release harmful Nitrogen Dioxide, plus deadly Carbon Monoxide.) Thank you for this information - I appreciate it! Our propane is definitely well vented and we have a carbon monoxide monitor. But we still definitely make sure that there is air flowing through the bus when we are cooking!

They make some inexpensive material you could line the areas near the sink as like a back splash. It’s all through my apartment or wipes so easy, water resistant and white Bartley noticeable. Has nice texture to it
This build is awesome and so functional, with the whole family in mind. Y’all are the first I heard say they use the vacuum seal bags for storage and I have wondered why people don’t use those in such small spaces. I use them in my small house and it really helps a lot. Great job on you build.

A lot of people make their conversions so cluttered and complicated.But this one is clean and open (still with a lot of conveniences and storage) and with such neat lines and finishing.Just goes to show keeping it simple is the best !
For the kitchen sink.you can move it just two or three feet from the wall and put a piece of counter top .If you wanted the sink in the middle, its going to take more counter top space away from where you use it the most,by the kitchen table/home schooling area.
You'al have a great Nomad Home & Love The Grill On The Place. I Would Recommend An Australian Cattle Guard Not Just For Future Road-Kill But For Anything Else To Protect The Front Of Your Home. Look Forward To Keep'n Up With You'al! Always, Tommy :-)
I love the layout of your bus and I do agree with you on the sink part it does need to be away from the wall. You barely have elbow room to wash your dishes.

hi, you should just extend the eating table and make it fold down and up when you need it for eating
or fold over to be two layers when the extra space not needed? You have options to change it now for not much cost. Loverly job by the way.
