That is not a bus, it's a house! You have all of the comforts of a house: bathroom, washing machine, stove, fridge and the wonderful cozy wood-burning stove. You have nothing to envy anyone with a house. You can even entertain.
I am Loving this home 🏘️...very well thought out for everything needed 👍🏿👍🏿 it's good to see and know that there are still young adults with great thinking 💯 thank you for sharing and I'm truly inspired. Safe and happy travels 🙏🏿💪🏿✌🏿
Such a beautiful home...ya'll did very good planning it out. Oh dont worry, in time your empty storage will get filled lol. Good luck in your adventures and God bless.
I really like the layout, you made choices based on the current climate (i.e. supply chain situation). Good job of living in your bus and figuring out what you definitely needed.
That's a really cool bus. I like how clean the quality of the build is without feeling sterile. 100% agree on the AC fridge. If your power system can support it that's the way to go.
This is about a perfect build. The only thing I would change is the eating space. I prefer a table and chair style to make it more like a kitchen, And since they feel like they have more storage than they need I would remove the front unit with the baskets and add some kind of cushy chairs
Great job guys! Very well thought out and looks really attractive. Personally do like the extra space... keeps the bus looking clean and uncluttered...and also makes mobile life easier with dogs. Many more happy travels. Hey from Australia. 🌈
If internet is a problem, try Nomad internet instead of the little jet pack type thing you have now. It might be a better fit. Nice, well thought out floor plan. Happy trails y'all
OMG---I love this! Thank you so much for such a lovely and informative video! I LOVE the dinette, and everything you said made so much sense. How lucky you are to have each other!
Nice rig! If you have extra room I would get a soak tub. If you have somewhere to store it you can pull it out and set it up either in your living area or outside and take your time filling it with super hot water and have a long hot soak instead of a 30 second shower. God bless and good luck in all your endeavors. 😎
You guys are fantastic ! Great design ! You guys had money ! ...jk.. Absolutely 💯 % beautiful & livable. And Lauren , your hands are so pretty , your wedding ring is very nice GOOD LUCK GOD BLESS STAY SAFE 🙏 💛
Excellent raised bus conversion, the large size made it much easier to build out. You two did a super job. Love it. I have a 1989 36 foot HMC, the advantage of a used motorhome is simplicity, but I would prefer a bus. I do have some dry rot, not sure when I will have time to repair it.
Another tiny home channel mentioned that Starlink has a system to install on Sckoolies or RV for Satellite Internet. You might want to contact them and check it out.
As time passes and your family adjusts to the 40 foot length bus, you might be glad to have that extra space. And if you had gone with a shorter bus, you would have even more adjustments trying to crowd everyone together. That would be tougher for me and could give rise to some natural squabbling over space issues, which is a normal human reaction. In fact, most animals will fight when overcrowding causes tension. My advice, fwiw: Treasure what you have. You kids make a cute couple. Best wishes.
Hi, can you please make a video of the details costs of everything, And also places and costs to park on a monthly+ basis? How long did it take you to make the house? Thank you!
1 word #Phenomenal 👌🏾🙌🏾 ( I want A layout like this in an RV to travel summers w/the kids ). Would love to have them help us w/ the build …the thought ..the planning ..the details #Superb 🫶🏾 ( that all in one Ventless w/d combo & entire bathroom set up are my faves ..oh & the custom bed too lol 😂 I literally can’t wait to do this in an RV … so cool 😎 🙌🏾
You 2 did a very nice design and layout floor plan. The raised roof makes is look so much bigger. That was a good idea. All pluming of joints in one area. I like the stove idea, also. Cooking stove is better than electric. Where's the guest room, just joking.
This bus is immaculate!!!! Just one question: does it get pretty stuffy in your bedroom during the summer months? I didn’t see an air conditioner in the rear or a skylight for extra ventilation.
@@laurenweinmeister4082 I have a class A and GW is important for both safety and longevity of vehicle and people as it has design limits on things like tires, brakes etc. Insurance also may have an issue if something were to happen.. I do love what you built though.😁
Can you share your bathroom sink?! We are converting a bus too and we have been having a hard time finding a small sink for our bathroom. That sink looks like it would easily fit into our bathroom!
Gorgeous bus build… but I wasn’t clear on the fridge… was it an RV / Propane fridge or 120V? It sounded like it is propane, but she stopped mid thought and just said “I recommend this method” but didn’t specifically say what that method was.
Hi she said we went with this route. Which route was that? Its either RV propane or solar considered but they went with this route. Did anyone catch which route?
Nice job! I am confused about the fridge... she recommends you go this route - which route? She seems to say it is plug in but then she says it uses "no solar power." Is she exaggerating? Does she mean very little solar power? It is really helpful to be very clear in describing things like this. Otherwise, a lovely tour.
I don't get why so many people put their water systms in close proximity to electical systms of any kind...lovely bus but that makes me anxious just looking at it.
Hey I just subbed to Brian bear Butler’s TH-cam (found him on primal outdoors). Didn’t know he shoots these videos. What a cool tiny world! Y’all check out his channel.
Very nice informative tour and I want to wish the both of you happy journeys filled with wonderful times !!!! Be sure to stay safe and purchase yourselfs a handgun to be sure that you prevail if you two are ever assaulted or attacked in a vicious incident !!!! There is no substitute for readiness and awareness. Better safe than sorry is the take away here in my speil !!! Bye
This bus is very roomy. Great layout, great thought into the build. Very Cozy. One of the top best builds I've seen so far.
Probably one of the best conversions I’ve seen. Everything you’ve chosen is what I would have chosen too ☺️
This is one of the best, most practical and comfortable conversions I've seen!
Beautiful little home and a super cute couple! This is probably one of my favorite bus builds and I love the aesthetic of the interior. 🤗

Beautiful home...it's nice to be in bigger space than a small one...your home is light and airy....your fur baby is gorgeous 😍....lots of luck ❤️
Really love how neat and organized the utility closet is, you can see manuals and invoices and sticky notes 😍

Such a cool bus conversion. I really like the gally style kitchen, makes it very practical.

Oh, keep the baskets! I love the look of them below the unit! Cozy space for meals is
Nice!
Wow! I’ve been watching these buses and vans being built, and they all have great ideas, but yours is my favorite for sure! 🎩
Love how you didn't plan it all down to the millimeter. So refreshing.
Beautiful and comfortabl 🚌
house on wheels It's a good job 👍

Great looking home. Very lovely and functional.
This is just lovely, I love the design and all the little touches that make it home. I could totally live in this bus, enjoy your adventures 😊
Thanks for sharing your tour. It's a super project. One thing I worry about with school buses is whether they break down more than other vehicles?
Love your bus!
Wow this is so pretty
What an #Outstanding & #WellOrganized built... #GoodJobDone...stay Blessed
Great set up! Great to have the bathroom too. You're off to a good start in life.
Very nice . beautiful
Really good information to be aware of and perhaps not to include, etc.
KUDOS & Congrats! Great job you two, may you be blessed with Incredible Journeys ahead!
I really like the layout , makes it look like a true home . Nice job!!
You have done a tremendous job. Enjoy

Gosh, you are asking a lot. Some of this you can research for yourself. But maybe this couple will let you copy their homework. lol.
I like your house bus
That was amazing 🤩

How has the Renogy system and the drywall held up over the years?
Thank you for the tour. That's a awesome tiny home. How much money did it cost in total?
Great home~
I really like ur kitchen sink, u could wash ur socks & smalls in there. U have a nice home.
Thanks for sharing this with us. You did a fantastic job 👏 👍

Thank you! We have an AC unit in the middle of the bus that circulates through really well. We also keep a little oscillating fan in there too.
Looks great.
But how heavy is that now as with all the heavy wood, tile and appliances fascinated to know what it tops out at.
We’ve actually never gotten weighed, definitely something we’ve always been curious of too!

Our fridge is 120V, sorry for the confusion on that!
@@laurenweinmeister4082 no worries… thank you for replying! Love the build you did!
I wonder how much insurance is on something like this. Is it regular car insurance or something else because it's also a home?
Gorgeous ❤
Starlink is coming soon to moving homes, just keep up with what is available and when.
Out of curiosity, what was the scrapyard that you ended up getting the bus from in VA? Im a VA resident looking to build a skoolie soon.
I am wondering if there is an answer to this question yet or if someone found the answer elsewhere.
amazing, love it
New sub ! Liked ✌️🤩👍🙏
Hi she said we went with this route. Which route was that? Its either RV propane or solar considered but they went with this route. Did anyone catch which route?
Sorry for the confusion, we went with a 120V fridge.
Very impressive for such young people having the money to do all this. Did you guys save and pay cash or did you have to go into debt? Thanks.
We owned the bus for 19 months before finishing it and moving in, we just saved up and paid cash for the conversion as we went along.
Awesome❣️
❤❤❤

Think she meant reg fridge on solar, rather than a smaller RV fridge
Sorry about that, it’s a 120V fridge and it uses very little power on our setup.
@@laurenweinmeister4082 Thanks very much for the clarification. Good to know! Could you share the brand name and where you got it?
SWEET!!
