Bahai is literally, a cult built of false teachings. Explain how Christianity and Islam can Unite if they contradict Jesus death on the cross?
You have to ignore facts to be a Bahai.
The first state already made in this video clearly exposes the Bahai ignorance by agreeing Jesus is not for our dispensation as he has commanded to preach to the entire world until he returns and a new heaven/earth is created.

Baha’is believe that passages such as John 3:16 and John 14:6 indeed affirm that salvation is attained through acceptance of Christ. But each of the world’s major religious traditions offer passages similar to those found in the Book of John; passages which have been used to claim the uniqueness and finality of the various faiths, but in reality affirm that “the way” is to follow the Word of God and to surrender to the Will that emanates from that Word. For Baha’i s, the references to the “Son” and to “I” in John is a reference to the eternal Logos. Hence, this is a basis for recognizing that all of the great religious Teachers spoke as the voice of God.

What do you believe is the "Word of God"? Bahai's claim that the Bab, and Baha'u'llah are the only infallible who's teachings were not lost or corrupted. Have you ever investigated the historical accuracy of the Biblical manuscripts, and how we can show that the new testament documents were not corrupted or lost? They are also many prophesies concerning nations, peoples, and the Messiah/Christ that have already come to pass with 100% accuracy.

That can’t be true Natalie…..especially when those voices disagree with each other, Muhammad was one of those teachers and it goes against the claims of Jesus Christ himself. Clearly God isn’t speaking through all the well known voices because God doesn’t disagree with himself nor does confusion come from God but from the author of confusion, the father of lies, Satan.

This is why Christians like no other religions have formed into so many denominations within their own religion. Birthing their own religion according to what suits their own personal interpretation. I think God is not stubborn enough to not let any room for advancement which all of us humans are dependent upon in our everyday life and for the future. Bahaullah said " their is no greater enemy to oneself than himself" ..which makes more sense than blaming Satan or the devil for everything bad or Jesus for any thing good..we suffer the consequences of our own actions...Bahaullah said "The earth is but one country and mankind its citizens" why are we fighting against each other on religious topics but instead be kind and love one another in perfect harmony and in peace. Bahai ,Christians, Atheists, Muslims....whatever...I believe Gods light is in all of us and it beams in us in a very unique way individually. It is our own duty as human beings to discover our own destiny for both our spiritual and physical fulfillment.

"This is why Christians like no other religions have formed into so many denominations within their own religion. Birthing their own religion according to what suits their own personal interpretation."
While there are many denominations, they all agree on the core doctrines regarding salvation through Christ alone. Certainly there's always going to be disagreements - but we still regard each other as brothers & sisters in Christ. The only exceptions would be Jehova's Witnesses, Mormons, Christadelphians, & few others. This phenomena isn't limited to religion though. It's human nature. Even if you look at major accepted scientific theories, you'll find copious disagreement, but that doesn't invalidate the theory.
"I believe Gods light is in all of us and it beams in us in a very unique way individually." That's a universal philosophy that allows the individual to live out their lives with complete freedom. I know it's offensive to many that Christianity is exclusive. I believe it's of paramount importance to find out if the Christian God exists. I couldn't imagine anything worse than rejecting Him, and then finding out when it's too late. It's a price I'm not willing to pay.

Jesus Christ is the truth. God manifest in the flesh.
      John 1: 1-14
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth."

That's usually how political debates go notice how those people never interrupted them even when they were interrupted and kept their cool? That's not how a Christian should act, does the Bible not teach fairness? I mean if you're right and you know someone else is wrong why stop the other mid sentence other then to persuade viewers/audience by interrupting their presentation to make it seam more weak/inconsistent ? Surely you would get your chance to prive them wrong after the other party made their statement? How can you deny something you do not know before truly investigating it for yourself? Why does he need to directly state the other party is wrong everytime and not just give the evidence as to why they are wrong and let you decide for yourself? Faith by grace through faith. He studied the cults so we all could spot false teaching and false prophets because the Bible writers wrote about it clearly. Tha fact of the matter is that some minds are not yet ready to grasp the full meaning and significance of GOD'S MANIFESTATIONS. Proof of it is the notion of the "TRINITY", "GOD THE FATHER", HE is THE FATHER OF HUMANITY i.e. "GOD IS LIFE", "GOD THE SON" properly it's "GOD THE SUN", meant to "ILLUMINE" HUMANITY. "GOD THE HOLY SPIRIT", a redundancy, there is only GOD, HE established a "COVENANT" with HUMANITY (not the false "Chosen People"), to "UPDATE HIS GUIDANCE" in accordance to "HUMANITY'S SPIRITUAL NEEDS" through HIS "TIMELY MANIFESTATIONS" overwhelming a mortal with "HIS HOLY SPIRIT". Up to this day, countless creatures can not fathom that phenomenon, JESUS WAS NOT "GOD HIMSELF, BUT THE INCARNATION OF THAT HOLY SPIRIT" (valid redundance). This all stems from the "INDIVIDUALIZING" of GOD in the Old Testament, and the selling of the visualization of "HEAVEN" being the "FIRMAMENT" / OUTERSPACE, while still claiming "GOD IS LIFE", but it is difficult to convey the idea that "OUR SOUL" is "GOD WITHIN EACH BEING", if all "BELIEVERS" would float with the tide and look into the BAHA'I TEACHINGS, they would learn it include a clarification that "HEAVEN / HELL are STATES OF THE HUMAN MIND", as in "The Absense of GOD in the mind and heart of each is the presence Satan", and to be honest, Satan have so called intellectuals, sages, gurus and false "apostols's" minds in a not. Actually it's that "CLOUD" of willful neglect and staying in "BELIEVING", refusing the opportunity to "VERIFY". A "BAHA'I FRIEND" here, only a friend, in order to not misrepresent the faith with my conviction that "The Bible" is in reality a SEVERANCE from GOD based on hate and REVENGE for the accomplishments of Egypt and claiming credit for "Monotheism". Beginning with the "FORBIDDEN FRUIT", I've recognize it all a Satan's Theatrical Production that continues to this day with wars, destruction and the dismantling of the human essence. In short "The Church" have been nothing more than Satan's recruiting centers, with His marionettes get filthy rich off it.

Deuteronomy 13:1-4 - We either will know him..cleave to him - OR - we will go after to follow other gods, and the reason why these come, like Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses, Baha'i, Unitarian, Scientologists.. all come to do exacly what Deuteronomy says why they come.
    1. If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder,
    2 And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them;
3 Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the Lord your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
4 Ye shall walk after the Lord your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.
So - it is GOD that proveth you, to know whether ye love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
OR - follow and go after other gods, which you have not know, and it's these that lead astray that say you won't be alone with "let us" with "let us serve them"
Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No man comes to the Father but by him. That means everything OTHER than Jesus Christ isn't him. Isn't of him, doesn't know him, and isn't in him.

@@mr.alithea7324 No, he's trying to make that case that the perpetrators ofJesus's crucifixion - "those who pierced him" - are the same people who will be around (2000 years later!) to witness Jesus return. My question is: how is that possible that eyewitnesses to an event that occurred 2,000 years ago will still be alive to witness Jesus "coming in the clouds"? Wouldn't they be long dead, if this passage is understood literally? The only way that this is possible is if the phrase "those who pierced him" is taken symbolically or figuratively, in which case, the Baha'is' make an excellent point: that the spiritual (not literal) heirs of those who crucified Jesus see him in an equally spiritual way: in the person of Baha'u'llah.
The other option, which is the one I believe, is that Jesus DID return back in the days when "those who pierced him" where still alive, for Christ's parousia is always in the form of the Church. As soon as the Holy Spirit descended, Christ returned in the form of the apostles who formed the Church.

It either refers to the Jews in general as a nation who pierced him, or those who were literally there during the crucifixion and are now dead will see him when he returns. In either case, both living and dead at the second coming will see his return, and all will be judged.
      Rev 20: 4-5
"And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished."
      Rev 20: 11-12
"And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works."

Baha’is don’t compare religions. We believe the revelations received by each messenger are chapters of Gods guidance to humanity. Baha’u’llah’s central message is the oneness of God, the oneness of humanity and the oneness of religion. His message was that God had set in place forces to overcome barriers that divide societies such as race, class, creed and nation. Whether you accept it or not that’s entirely up to you but just how doesn’t this make sense to anyone?

    • @mr.alithea7324
      @mr.alithea7324  2 ปีที่แล้ว +8

It doesn't make sense because the different religions of the world have fundamentally contradicting views/doctrines on God and Salvation. For example, the Baha'is recognize Moses, Jesus Christ, and Mohammed all as messengers of God. For example, Muslims claim that Allah(God) has no sons, but Christianity states that Jesus Christ the only begotten son of God is the Saviour of the World, who died on the cross for our sins. There are many other contradictions such as Jihad, dietary laws, marriage, etc. If they were all messengers of God why do they have fundamental contrary views of God, life, and salvation?

    • @BlueskyGladue

So your wrong because most religions disagree fundamentally, Example, Muslims don't believe Jesus is God and we protestant Christians do. Pope Francis says you don't need Jesus to go to heaven, but the King James Bibke says you do.

How do Bahais not see that the revelations received by each messenger contradict each other? How can there be oneness of religion when these messengers all believed different things? It cant be a rainy, sunny, windy, snowy, day all at once. That is what Bahais are attempting to do with their faith. The faith is very humanitarian based which is noble. However, that is not going to cut it. Bahais are big on investigating the truth but how can Bahais truly investigate the truth when everything has to be filtered and approved by the Universal house of justice ? That is a form of control and manipulation. I could keep going but I'll stop here.

Gotta hand it to the Bahá'ís for dealing with the myriad purposeful mispronunciations of Bahá'u'lláh's name without getting irritated. LOL BTW, I came to believe in Jesus _through_ Bahá'u'lláh. He convinced me of the truth of Jesus Christ. And btw, we have the original writings of Baha'u'llah (Ba-HA-o-LA) in meticulous transitions, something Christians would give their eye teeth for if they had Jesus' actual words on paper, not just the reported sayings. You can know if Bahá'u'lláh is the truth by reading His writings and learning about His life. It wouldn't hurt to learn about him. Oh, one more thing, Jesus said no one comes to the Father except through Me. Bahá'u'lláh _is_ the Father. He establishes the brotherhood of man under one loving Creator. You can't become a Bahá'í without believing in Jesus.

@@valeriereneeharper Well, first, Bahá'u'lláh never claimed to be Jesus Himself but the return of the Christ Spirit, in other words, the Holy Spirit sent by God. Do you think it's impossible that God could send another like Jesus? And yet Jesus Himself said He would return with a new name in the Glory of the Father (the title Bahá'u'lláh means Glory of God). Do you think it's impossible that this prophecy could have been fulfilled?
It wouldn't hurt to actually investigate the life and claims of Bahá'u'lláh, and you may just find, as I did, that the promises of Jesus had been fulfilled back in the 1800s, as so many Christians were expecting at the time. It's very exciting! To think we were living in the time of the fulfillment of Jesus' prophecies blew me away when I first heard about this 60 years ago. Remember, there are still Jews after 2,000 years. We're always given a choice whether to accept or reject what God has bestowed upon us. I couldn't find anything false about Bahá'u'lláh, not His life nor His teachings. He suffered 40 years of torture, imprisonment, deprivation, and exile yet never wavered in His determination to bring the human race together in love. Seems to me we need this more than ever now.

I respectfully disagree but Bahá'u'lláh is not the Father. If I understand correctly what ‘Abdu'l-Bahá was saying in Some answered questions about the Sun in the sky and two Mirrors(the Holy Spirit and the Son) reflecting its light on the Earth. So when Jesus is saying that He is God he is referencing the image of the Sun in the perfect Mirror. The Bahá'u'llah is the same.
Also there was something about the Sun that can't come to Earth because it will destroy everything in its light.
P.S. I'm sorry English is my second language and I didn't read Some answered questions in English so there are probably some mistakes but I hope it will be good enough to explain my point.

@@IllarionYolgin Well, not sure where you're coming from, but Jesus promised that He would return in the Glory of the Father. Thus, Bahá'u'lláh (the Glory of God) fulfills the promises of Jesus. Father is symbolic of God, of course, but in the sense that Bahá'u'lláh firmly established the oneness of mankind under the Fatherhood of God, He does fulfill that prophecy, at least He does for me. The Lord's Prayer promises His coming: "Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven." I think it's reasonable to think that heaven is a peaceful condition, and this is what Bahá'u'lláh, the Prince of Peace, has come to bring. And He was literally a prince descended from Zoroastrian kings, by the way. He fulfills so many prophecies it would be impossible to list them all here, but there are books if you're interested, that go into them in great detail.

    How is Jesus god?
Please my Christian friends answer my questions
In Matthew 27:46 tell us that Jesus was praying to god asking why has he forsaken Jesus..
If Jesus is god himself does that mean he has forsaken himself?? Or god pray to god?
John 14:28 tell us that Jesus said his father is greater than himself ??
Does it mean Jesus is Greater than himself if he is god ??
Hebrews 1:5-9 tell us his father( god) begat Jesus
Did he begat himself if he was god ??
John 10:30 tell us that Jesus and his father are one . Which also proves he’s god.
But in John 17:21 also tell us that Jesus and his disciples are one.
Does that mean his disciples are gods??
John1:18 tell us that no man has ever seen god in any time.
Was Jesus seen when he still walked on earth and alive ?
If Jesus has risen like what Walter said
why haven’t we seen Jesus in this 21centry ?
He said Jesus raised the dead which proves Jesus is god
Where are those people that have been raised are they still alive untill today ??
About the trinity ?? I haven’t come across the verse where Jesus himself said there are three gods in one . And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord. Mark 12:29
But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. John 4:23-24 Jesus has said worship one god in spirit,
Why do you worship Jesus ?
I’m so confused with the veiw of Jesus being god to Martin Walter

Jesus said the Gospel of the kingdom would be the Gospel just prior to his return. The same as the Gospel of the kingdom being near, preached by John and Jesus in the 69th week of years prophesied in Daniel 9:24-27. The Gospel presently is not addressed to Israel by the Xpistos ( English transliteration Christ, which if translated means anointed) as was 1 of Jesus' purposes in his earthly ministry. The present Gospel of Jesus dying for our sins, being buried, and raised from the dead on the third day, all of this according to the scriptures, and the fact that more than 500 witnesses saw him after his resurrection, is addressing "ALL OF MANKIND" prior to the 70th week described throughout the Old Testament, Matthew 24 and similar verses in the other Gospels, Revelation 6-19. The Epistles explain the present Gospel and all that obtains under Grace through faith for forgiveness of sins, salvation, eternal life, born of the last, second, heavenly Adam. Heavenly citizenship, seated in the heavenlies with Christ, waiting for the adoption of our bodies, transferred into the kingdom which originates in heaven until Jesus begins to reign on earth from heaven in Revelation 11:15, then returns in chapter 19 where his kingdom is then on earth....

Then the preposterous notion of "JESUS IS GOD IN THE FLESH", clearly a reference to "GOD AN INDIVIDUAL", they either lack the mental capacity to even imagine "GOD IS, AND IS PART OF ALL HIS CREATION", to many, that is saying too much. Then again there are beings that are void of God's VIBRATIONS which makes them "PERSONIFICATIONS OF SATAN", in which case they're mute points, wasted efforts, "Merchants of Faith", and that's a hurdle on the path to achieve "HUMAN HARMONY". Therefore, stay awake, for you do not know on what day your Lord is coming. But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what part of the night the thief was coming, he would have stayed awake and would not have let his house be broken into. Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.
      2 Peter 3:1-18
But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you,[a] not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance. 10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a roar, and the heavenly bodies[b] will be burned up and dissolved, and the earth and the works that are done on it will be exposed.[c]
      Revelation 3:3
Remember, then, what you received and heard. Keep it, and repent. If you will not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what hour I will come against you.
      1 Thessalonians 5:1-28
      The Day of the Lord
5 Now concerning the times and the seasons, brothers,[a] you have no need to have anything written to you. 2 For you yourselves are fully aware that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night. 3 While people are saying, “There is peace and security,” then sudden destruction will come upon them as labor pains come upon a pregnant woman, and they will not escape. 4 But you are not in darkness, brothers, for that day to surprise you like a thief. 5 For you are all children[b] of light, children of the day. We are not of the night or of the darkness. 6 So then let us not sleep, as others do, but let us keep awake and be sober. 7 For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, are drunk at night. 8 But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, having put on the breastplate of faith and love, and for a helmet the hope of salvation. 9 For God has not destined us for wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 who died for us so that whether we are awake or asleep we might live with him. 11 Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.
      Luke 17
      English Standard Version
      The Coming of the Kingdom
20 Being asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, he answered them, “The kingdom of God is not coming in ways that can be observed, 21 nor will they say, ‘Look, here it is!’ or ‘There!’ for behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you.”[h]
      Luke 17:22-32
22 And he said to the disciples, “The days are coming when you will desire to see one of the days of the Son of Man, and you will not see it. 23 And they will say to you, ‘Look, there!’ or ‘Look, here!’ Do not go out or follow them. 24 For as the lightning flashes and lights up the sky from one side to the other, so will the Son of Man be in his day.[i] 25 But first he must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation. 26 Just as it was in the days of Noah, so will it be in the days of the Son of Man. 27 They were eating and drinking and marrying and being given in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. 28 Likewise, just as it was in the days of Lot-they were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building, 29 but on the day when Lot went out from Sodom, fire and sulfur rained from heaven and destroyed them all- 30 so will it be on the day when the Son of Man is revealed. 31 On that day, let the one who is on the housetop, with his goods in the house, not come down to take them away, and likewise let the one who is in the field not turn back. 32 Remember Lot's wife.

What I got out of this about baha'i: Example: 1) I graduated from High School Valedictorian. What separated me from 4 other students was just one essay assignment grade where I got a A-, the next behind me also got an A- on the same paper assignment, but my grade score was 93 and theirs was 91. All four of us got a perfect GPA of 4.0. Six other students after got a 3.99.
The 2nd example is, my GPA was 2.03 and I smoked dope and in a haze during my whole High School experience where most classes I skipped out of or arrived late and the highest score of all classes I took in High School I ever achieved was a B in PE.
Baha'i unites both of these statements into one truth. Champions and attests to the oneness of all unity, and I'm choking on the Cowpoop effluent. That's so full of crap I can't stand it. Either I'm one or the other, and more closely resemble the 2nd remark.
Combining both makes the whole thing a turd; a lie. Irregardless one is true, the other made up. Jesus is who he says he is; because he is...whether you believe him or not - OR - any combination with him with something else, like Baha'i does unifying all "stories" with truth equates to truth or with the power so powerful to take cow poop and your house and combine it with a lawnmower, where a lawnmower rides thru your whole house in all the bedrooms..and all through the house and flings cowpoop all over.. and Baha'i with a lawnmower and cow poop, is the only way that makes it an even more wonderful house.
SUMMATION: Baha'i. What a total pile of crap.

Walter Martin is so wrong on the whole John 8:58. First of all he didn't say it in hebrew. Other than that he didn't say I am the eternal god. He added words to that text. He did not use the Divine name because if you go into the Greek Septuagint on the Scripture it doesn't even use the same terminology. There's no link. When the Bible says that Jesus said the father is greater than he is that does away with the whole Co equal argument. Also when he was resurrected which means he should be back to his god-like status he said that he was ascending to his god. God does not have a god. Also looking Hebrews 1:4 where it says that he became greater than the angels. This whole trying to say he said this as a human here is not going to do away with the fact that you believe that he's god.

Here are some 'links' from the Old Testament that may clear it up for you.
      Isaiah 44: 6
“Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.”
      2 Samuel 22: 32
"For who is God, save the Lord? and who is a rock, save our God?"
      2 Samuel 22: 46
"The Lord liveth; and blessed be my rock; and exalted be the God of the rock of my salvation."

All bona fide Greek scholars disagree with you concerning John 8:58. I personally read the Greek New Testament daily as well as English versions of the Old and New Testament. I can read the Hebrew when I want to, I haven't fully studied all of the grammar of Hebrew.
Jesus is referred to as God by John beginning in John 1:1, the 3rd clause describing Jesus the logos as God. I will explain the Greek in the 3rd clause if you like.
John also records Jesus' words about his shared Glory in John 17:5. Paul says in Philippines 2:6-11, Jesus who was in the form of God, emptied himself and put on the form or found in the form of a servant.
In Hebrews 10 Jesus says a body was created for him. John 1:3 says there wasn't anything created that Jesus didn't create as Paul explains, thoroughly, in Colossians. Jesus being the creator of everything visible and invisible and he is before all things, and he created all things that have been created, etc.
In the New Testament alone, from Matthew to Revelation Jesus and his disciples claim he is God, and even the Jews who rejected him claim he claimed to be equal with God, that he blasphemed.
You are without knowledge and understanding of God's breathed words to claim Jesus Christ did not claim to be God.
