I saw your comment about this OST belonging to Eric Brown and I thought "That's not right? Wasn't it Yasunori Mitsuda?" Which caused me to look it up a bit more in detail and yes, you are 100% right, of course, but now I feel like Eric Brown isn't quite getting the credit he deserves. Yasunori Mitsuda certainly did a few tracks but Eric did the lion's share. Glad to know that. I just instantly attributed the wonderful OST to Mitsuda because, well it's Mitsuda and he's a legend. On a separate note, this re-arrangement is so good!
I picked up this game maybe a week ago or less, and already its consumed me. Constant bangers of a soundtrack, fantastic combat, and fun writing. This song is easily one of my favorites and I like to think this cover does it justice... particularly the part at 1:05 which is my favorite anyways.
