I recently moved and was able to get all my craft supplies from my storage units. I was just telling someone I needed to find something to make with them! It's been years since I made tassels with beads. Thanks for the inspiration.
Tip: I'll use a piece of the wire from wired ribbon and use the to see my ribbons through beads, especially for organza ribbons.

Really love these. Would make nice stocking fillers at Xmas. Probably telling you something you already know, you could use a big eye beading needle. It's basically a needle that's nearly all eye and is just attached about 8mm either end. Great for this type of project. Xx

I can see young girls loving these. I had an idea you might like. The idea is if you want the ribbon bunch to spray out 360 degrees instead of going down on two sides. When you lay out the ribbons, just before sewing them, rotate some of them so you get a circular star effect, but they are still overlapping at the center point. Then, put the needle through the center point of the stack of ribbons and start sewing. When you finish sewing, you can find a point to put one end of the beaded ribbon through and do the same at the opposite point of the ribbon bunch and tie it. When you flip it over, you have a 360-degree spray of ribbon. I hope that makes sense.
