  • Yes, I am not dead. Hello its been a hot minute, but thanks to some clever updates I am able to edit videos much easier now, so expect lots of content in the future.
This video features 2314 on a gorgeous sunset ride along the coastal route 101 from Encinitas to Carlsbad, and 2314 to me is the best all around as far as Breeze's C40LFs go. It isn't quite as characterful as its sister 2310, but this bus is incredibly bassy and throaty, and it happens to have the loudest axels (for a C40LF) in breeze's fleet. Couple that with a louder than standard Allison and you have a recipe for an incredible bus. Enjoy.
    Shot on August 29th 2022
AS OF JULY 2024, All 8 2004 C40LFs have sadly been retired and are now sitting in Escondido. I loved these things and they were some of my fav buses breeze had, sad to see them go.
    Bus: 2314
Route: 101 North to Oceanside Transit Center via Encinitas and Carlsbad
    Garage: Formerly Oceanside Division
    Operated By: MV Transportation
Engine: Cummins Westport C Gas Plus
    Transmission: Allison B400R

Ikr? Not too sure how long they have left but I know the 2007s are going to be here for at least another 3-4 years, so we’ll see
