it depends on the industry. some people are always busy so its hard to get them to show up to a zoom call. if that happen then ALWAYS call their phone directly and ask them if they are still free to chat and then hold the convo over the phone. you can also add appointment reminders and a nurture sequence in so that they remember the call

No shows are par for the course but if you are getting a lot of them I suggest you revisit your problem-solution communication matrix where they feel they NEED to show up! We also add a lil hook in offering a $300 Hotel Savings Discount card to entice attendance. Let me know if you want info on that
