Given the progress on the connections at Greenwich I'm guessing this is 1998.
0:00 - STBN meeting BNST at Dunbridge on the Toledo Branch.
3:08 - Southbound at Lime City.
4:13 - Meet at Dunkirk.
8:14 - Not sure.
8:50 - PICO westbound at CP-111 on the Columbus Line, north of Delaware.
9:23 - Galion.
12:15 - eastbound passing distant signal to CP-Vern between Shelby and Crestline.
12:48 - Greenwich (new connections under construction).
16:10 - Canton.
17:15 - Alliance.
23:21 - Leetonia.
24:48 - Not sure. Possibly Salem?
25:23 - East Palestine.
27:32 - Enon Valley (OK, just inside the PA state line.)

Nice catches! I like the old Conrail blue, the CSX YN2 Paint Scheme, the classic EMD locomotives, the ex NYC Tri-light signals, the ex PRR Tri-Light Signals, and the classic grade crossing mechanical striker bells a lot! Really nice!

8:14 is Refugee Rd. crossing just west of Pickerington on the West Virginia secondary.

8:14 looks to be Refugee Road along the WV Secondary. The bridge along with the track curve opposite end of the bridge, and the train carried cars that would fit the typical Conrail train symbol 380. Just an educated guess, but I could be wrong.
