Sunoo is my bias. He help me so much when I was having a hard time. Seeing his smile and his bubbly personality make me smile. He is the only reason I stan Enhypen

The only phrase that comes to mind when I see Sunoo is that he enjoys being alive. That's all. That's why he's always trying to make everyone happy, that's why he tries to be as transparent as possible, that's why he brings so much happiness and warmth to people.
I love that about him!
As a proud participant in the global voting system, I have found it to be a profoundly unifying experience. We, as a collective, have shown remarkable consideration for each other's perspectives. For instance, when Jay found himself at the lower end of the rankings, it was our united front that helped lift him up. This not only served as a humbling experience for Jay but also allowed us to witness a more heartwarming side of him.
As the final rounds approached, my allegiance was with Sunoo. However, recognizing the necessity of Jungwon's debut, I cast my vote in his favor. This decision underscores the strategic thoughtfulness that the voting system inspires among its participants.
Furthermore, the final arrangements were nothing short of perfect. They not only showcased Sunoo as a favorite among viewers but also highlighted his standing with the producers. This dual recognition affirms that Sunoo was not just a choice of the audience but also a pick of the producers, lending an additional layer of legitimacy to his popularity.
The entire process has been a testament to the power of collective decision-making and strategic voting, proving that when united, we can make thoughtful and impactful choices.
Sunoo is my bias in Enhypen. His journey in Iland really gives me the main character vibes. He was the first trainee who entered Iland and the last trainee who was announced as the member of Enhypen.
I super love Sunoo because he has a very pure and precious soul. He is my source of happiness, strength, and positivity. He deserves all the love and support.
What I like/love about him is his good and amazing personality, especially his confidence and positivity. He gives me hope everytime that I feel giving up. He is my inspiration and role model as he thought me to stay positive and don't let your negative thoughts destroy you.
Also, Sunoo is very humble, genuine, kind, caring, loving, artistic, family oriented, and super talented. He makes friends with different people such as the staff, cameramen, and even security guards. I feel safe, happy, comfortable, and at peace everytime I see him. He really changed my life. ❤️
Honestly, I am not a Kpop fan before and I don't understand why many people are interested in Kpop. However, when I watched Iland and saw Sunoo I finally discovered the reason. Sunoo is the first male Kpop Idol that I love and Enhypen is the first Kpop boy group that I stan.
So far, my wish for their group is to continue their success, grow more, and stay humble. I love them all but Sunoo is really special he really captivates my heart and soul. He is one of a kind. ❤️🌻🦊

about K, he was one of the most talented and always stayed in I-Land, he has many appearances because he was basically the "leader" and everyone trusted him. despite being talented his attitude plus some evil edits on the part of MNET his overall votes and support by the general public decreased a LOT (but he did debut with other I-Land trainees in a group called &Team, and to this day he still receives so much hate)
11:40 i agree 100% with you! i have always thought that sunoo's defense mechanism in the uncomfortable or difficult moments is to smile or not show the sadness he feels, he really is a sunshine :(
for me my connection with sunoo was immediate, i'm a very calm and serious person so i like to be surrounded by people with a lot of energy and sunoo gives me happiness even with a single photo. in my sad moments i think about everything he went through and how much he has progressed, that encourages me to get up and put effort as he does daily!!

Aaahhh! I kept seeing reoccurring scenes with K, so I wasn't sure if he was truly "trouble" or not. Bu it makes sense because it's MNET, and they are notorious for making someone the villain. =( I'm sure he was as sweet as cake irl, you know? I'm glad that he was able to debut with &TEAM! I've seen them in our algorithm, so that's probably a sign. Thanks for sharing that!
Sunoo and I have a lot of similarities with our personalities (minus I'm not an idol lololol), so it was easy for me to spot him giving that awk smile/laugh and the performance director scolding him. Some people don't quite understand it, but it's really a defense mechanism when you're in a difficult situation!
I love how he brings you encouragement and has such a positive impact on your life. That is so sweet.
K is one of the oldest trainee on I-Land. His personality wasn’t as great but it’s understandable because he just want to make his team to win. But sometimes he takes the wrong approach but he grew out of that during the show. He improved his personality and how he approaches certain situations. In my opinion, K had an amazing vocal and one of the best dancer on I-Land but Sunoo was a good choice to be part of the debut line. With Sunoo duality, he is a perfect fit and knows how to blend in. Just that in I-Land, his condition wasn’t the best (I think because he had surgery right before the show) but he put his all and dedication into each performance. His dancing wasn’t the best but as of now, his dancing had improved so much that I’m very proud of him. His vocal has always been stable and one of the best during I-Land. One thing I absolutely and always impress by Sunoo is how he could keep up with the members when it comes to difficult choreography. Even though Jay is the mood maker, I also believe Sunoo is a mood maker due to his angelic and sunny personality. That is why Sunghoon absolutely love Sunoo.
Ah, that is unfortunate that his personality wasn't great when it started off, but I'm glad he matured on the show. And you're right, you can't blame him for being "hungry."
I'm glad Sunoo fits in perfect for ENHYPEN and has shown a lot of improvement. That is so awesome! I love that he vocally is stable as well; that's so important esp doing these difficult choreos!

On the contrary, Sunoo did not get much criticism from the producers, and Cam always gets the highest scores from the producers, but the members bring him back to the ground when voting. But when he reached the audience vote, he was always the first, and the producers never gave him low marks He was always one of the first But he was always suffering with this smile on his face and trying to make others are happy By the way, it's my baiss from the first moment in the island I chose Because he has multiple personalities, I don't need to search for others And I love his voice And she loves his smile And I vote for all members But he is different

im watching the first two minutes of this reaction and im already crying. sunoo's iland journey has been so tough. people kept sending him to the ground bcos of the politics inside iland. but sunoo still prevailed towards the end and won the people's and producers' hearts. he never gave up and have always looked at things so positively. that's exactly why he's my bias. he is such an inspiration

sunoo really went through a lot to debut , i'm really glad he is now living his dream with his memebers that treasures him a lot and he loves them as well ! I-land sunoo worked really hard , he never gave up and his confidence never dropped , he had a goal and worked hard until the end , so proud of him .
And for K he really had a nasty behavior in i-land , i know he was stressed since he was old and didn't know how to approach his teammates , but he never learned from his mistakes and kept going on , i know it was a survival show but he still couldn't manage his words or expressions and others were kinda scared of him sometimes and the producers ain't dumb since he was receiving backlash from global audience he couldn't debut , but now he is in &team he knew what aspect he was lacking and worked on them I hope he is happy with his team and wish for him all success and happiness
It looks like K learned from his experiences in I-land that he was able to control his feelings more; otherwise, he wouldn't be able to debut in &TEAM.
As for Sunoo, I'm so glad that he debuted with ENHYPEN! He brings another color to the team, and it really shows!

sunoo is my bias cause he fr surpassed all those others that keep voting against him, like him winning all the people votes untill the very end was really fucking satisfactory, cause there were people that didn't have stable vocals, dance like they were out of it and had 0 stage presence and just cause they were friends the other voted for them to be in the iland, thanks god for the producers votes and for the ppl votes.

I can't imagine Enhypen without Sunoo; the moment I saw him in I-Land, I knew he would debut. He is one of those people that you just know were born to be idols. He is so talented; I'm waiting for the day he drops a cover or something like that. He has such a rich color of voice and is so stable! His dance abilities have also greatly improved, and he has always had an incredible stage presence; he pays attention to every detail and you just can't take your eyes off him! You can see he is working hard to be better each day and show us new sides of him. He is someone I'm glad is famous because I think he can inspire a lot of people, especially young fans, with his life story. No matter how hard things can get, never stop fighting for your dreams, and always believe in yourself. Growing up, I wish I had someone like Sunoo to look up to, so it makes me happy to see that Enhypen fans will have that with him. I'm just really proud of this little dude! He will undoubtedly reach high places, I see a bright future for him 🥰🥰

He brings a different color to this group, and it truly shows! You can definitely see this guy inspiring young fans indeed. I mean, from reading just the comments here alone, he has inspired so many peopI'le here that it's so heartwarming to see.
In the first part of I-land, the Ilanders voted for the people who were their friends. That's why although Sunoo got a good qualification in the first episode, the Ilanders sent him to Ground. The producers then picked him up to I-land and he made the top 5 highest score, but the Ilanders sent him back to Ground.
Once the Ilanders stopped being able to vote, Sunoo began to gravitate towards the top positions. By the global vote he was always in the first place, by the producers vote he was first in 5th place and then 3rd place. In the final episode, the voters thought that Sunoo would win by votes but that was a mistake, they overestimated Sunoo's popularity and voted for others. That's why Sunoo didn't enter the top 6 of voting and was left to a vote by the producers.
He offered something that no other finalist trainee offered: happiness and bright energy.
He was also the only one to excel in cute and refreshing concepts, and his charisma on stage was something no one else had. Thanks to him, contestants like Heeseung, Sunghoon and Jake were able to explore and get to know a happier and more positive side of themselves on stage. Sunoo is perfect to be the connection point of the group.

It's so important to have someone like Sunoo on a team. He is my bias. We have the same reason, his personality stands out the most. He is really empathic and you can really see that even in their recent contents. And let's not forget about his talent, he's such a talented person. His vocals 😭😭😭
He was my pick the first time their profiles were introduced (he looks like my svt bias Wonwoo, that's why he got my attention). During the first ep, I never thought he would be bubbly and smiley 😂😂😂 The way I was sooo shocked because he looks so intimidating in his profile. I expected him to be someone who is serious (based on his profile) but damn I was wrong 😂
I remembered during the finals I was scolded by my mom because I shouted so loud when he was chosn as the producer's pick 😂 I was so nervous that time and felt so down when he was not called. I was crossing my fingers the whole time and I was so glad when he was chosen 😭
I hope their company would give him enough opportunity to showcase his talents. It's a waste if they keep on gatekeeping him 😔

Maybe not by the producers but the I-landers voted him to the Ground, so I think that's what the video was trying to portray after reading through several of Engenes comments.
k is a talent that doesn't come often, but what really ruined his chances of debuting in enhypen was that he didn't know how to hide his true feelings like the others and untrue rumors made about him. sucks because by the end of the show it was obvious the producers favorites were sunoo heeseung and k
those 3 are the perfect balance of covering all fields, of being the sunshine and his protectors, and a chaotic trio. it sucks they are not in same team but I hope 1 day we get to see a performance of just those 3 together cause it would be interesting to see
That is quite unfortunate that he couldn't mask his true feelings during the show! I'm glad that he was able to debut in another group though. It seems many of you guys saw his talent, even though some drama followed him around a bit.
Sunoo's journey was really hard. But I always break down over little baby Ni-ki.
All of these guys have different journeys, and Sunoo's made me so sad! I'm glad he got to debut though.

Sunoo has been my main pick since I saw him on the 1st episode. The amount of times I cried and got angry bcs i was hurting for him during the duration of the entire show is a lot. But i endure all of that because of his smiles. I really really want to protect that smile. I borrowed my friends' phone numbers so I can vote more for him. so I can prove to those who voted him out during the 1st part of iland that the viewers want him. The viewers can see his potential. The viewers LOVE him. Yes, there were some hate towards him on twt and other social media but sunshines (sunoo's supporters during iland) always tried our best to give him what he deserves. That's why he always got 1st whenever there's a global voting. Until the last episode... The MOST important voting session... Some sunshines were being complacent about him always ranking 1st during global votings that they tried to save their other picks and used their votes for them. That's how he fell from top 6 in the last voting session. During the last episode live stream, my anxiety grew with each members being announced. The last member announced from global votes were the 6th place. I was praying so hard for it to be sunoo, so I can calm down, but it was not. I was shaking, crying and praying, pls be the last member. He went through a lot during the show, i want to keep supporting him as a debut member, i want for other people to discover this wonderful person, i want to see more of his smiles, i want to witness his growth. Both k and Daniel were strong contenders for the producers pick. And as times goes by, i got less and less confident that he will be picked. They really took their time to announce the members. As I was getting resigned to whatever fate was there for him, he was chosen by the producers to be the last member of enhypen. My sobs grew harder. The relief i felt during that time, how all my energy left my body, was something I've never experienced before. I do have other picks and all of them were announced to be a member before sunoo but honestly, without sunoo in the group, i will not be an engene. Thankfully it went well. I'm glad it all worked out.
I was crying while writing this comment. The emotions during that time, tho not as intense, came crashing to me. I've never rewatch iland. That's how traumatic it was. Even the boys doesn't want to talk about those times again. It left scar to both them and engenes who has been supporting them since then. Now they're Enhypen and we're content with that

@@LaChiMoLaLaOT7 he does. As sunghoon said, enhypen will be dark without him. He adds liveliness into enhypen. They know that we call sunoo sunshine/sunooshine and it's cute that they call sunoo that sometimes in lives. My concern is if he thought that he has to be smiley all the time and can't show his true feelings. He said it himself that he's easily misunderstood, he's easily seen in negative light if he doesn't smile bcs he has a face that looks intimidating if he doesn't smile. This get worse when antis use his not smiling expression to misinterpret his reaction. I just hope he knows that it's not his fault and continue to do what he thinks is appropriate and still be himself
K really had a bad attitude when he was at iLand, he did not debuted with enhypen yet he had the opportunity to take part in another hybe survival show alongside with other ilanders: Taki, EJ and Nicholas. K had such a huge improvement and now he recently debuted in &Team, a hybe labels japan boy group. The others debuted as well and their group storyline is tied to enhypen’s storyline.

@@LaChiMoLaLaOT7 Yes I know the editing made some huge impact, but yes I think besides that he had a bad attitude, and I’m saying this as a fan, sometimes we need to accept that our idols aren’t perfect, they make mistakes, but is wonderful to see how they can grow from their mistakes and be better.
