    I also cut caffeine out. This is great advice. It's terrible for anxiety. My sister taught me mindfulness, it helps. The book 30 Days to Reduce Anxiety by Harper Daniels and the Tao Te Ching helped me too.

      Cutting out caffeine has been great so far! Thank you for the book suggestions, I will definitely check them out

    The tea is antioxydant, but it forms ligands with Fe, WE have to drink lemon with,in this case.interesting subject

    The non existent daylight in the UK right now is awful! its the first year i have really noticed it. 11 days until the winter solstice!
