Great video Scarlet! I also have goals to slowly change my life. The 2 areas I'm focused on is saving money and long term health. I'm starting small with walking my daughter to school everyday, and I've reduced my Starbucks trips to once per week instead of 5 days. These are small steps, but I've been consistent this year and excited to keep moving forward towards my goals!
I really credit you (and heavily The Financial Diet + Chelsea Fagan, which is how I found you anyway!) for making me so much smarter with money, and really shaping my understanding about building a better life.

This is so needed! I am a good list maker but I struggle to complete too many things and end up feeling overwhelmed. All the things you spoke of appeal to this 56 year old Woman. I want to be healthy and be able to enjoy my time🙏🏾🥰❤️

I accomplished the goal of being debt-free just last month by paying off my car. (Getting the new title felt great!) So three areas come to mind as my priorities for this year, which are sub-divided into:
Health 1 - Establishing and keeping a consistent sleep schedule
Health 2 - Same for exercise (and I have a lot of options)
Health 3 - Keep a cleaner, more organized space to support a clearer, more relaxed mental space
Relationships 1 - Attend at least one social event weekly where I'll make new acquaintances
Relationships 2 - Schedule coffee/tea/lunch meetings with existing friends
Financial 1 - Build a weekly check-in to grow mindfulness about my savings and spending
Financial 2 - Grow my income by launching a side business
