Ima n00b reloader, invested in the Franklin Perfect Primer and the dang thing is amazing. Big upgrade over the Lee Ram Primer, although that certainly did it's job and I only crushed 2 primers out of hundreds from mild operator error (primers not laying flat in dish.)
I question what is the meaning seasoned competitor? How many matches completed in total? Or how many matches done in a row? Yes they did miss the of raising the mark of base class cost. My stock bergara rifle should not be classed against a Vudoo or a RimX.
I agree with your assessment of the Franklin Arsenal primer. It is well worth the money. Cheers!
Thanks for watching. It’s still my favorite hand primer 😝

What brand is the primer you show at 25 second mark? Great video.
Good information
I use the Lyman press and have the full shell holder set. I need to buy a hand primer. After using both, would it be better still to get the FA.
I really like the FA setup, and it comes with a set of shell holders. Cheers!
I tried the Lyman and hornady they didn't work out. The Frankford been great.

I have trouble with FA the primer sometimes flips in the channel right before it’s seated in the case
That’s something that I’ve found happens from time to time with most primers.
