  • We took the motorhome out for the first time and it was more of a learning experience than anything! The good news is that there were zero hiccups mechanically and the furnace works amazing! We stayed warm but not so dry, there are some roof leaks that will need addressed soon. Not so bad!
    We stayed the night at Fort Worden State Park in Port Townsend, WA ... about an hour away from home. The lighting in the morning was so perfect I had to take some interior video shots for you guys! It was a fun trip and we ended up putting roughly 250 miles on the coach. More to come soon!

    Wow! We had this exact Elaganza II color and layout when I was growing up. What a great machine!

    Your GMC is in great shape! Engine starts and runs beautiful! Nothing like a 455 Olds!

      Thank you so much! Actually, being a 1977 coach, it has the 403 Oldsmobile engine.

      @@AndrewsGMC Oh yes, my memory is off, 1977 was a transition year to the Olds 403. As I remember, some 1977 early production still had the 455. Either way, it is still nice and nothing like an Olds engine!

      Yep my 77 has a 455. Build date 11-76 chassis #6923

    Hey Andrew, motorhome looks great! I have a 76 with same layout. Updated the inside a bit but the outside paint looks much like yours.

    Sweet! I have a 1973 23ft GMC and the more I see the 26ft, I wish I gotten one. But I do love my 23ft and it's big enough! Enjoy and safe travels.

    • @AndrewsGMC
      @AndrewsGMC  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      A 23ft is way cool! We havent even packed most of the cupboards yet on ours. It can hold ALOT of stuff

      Do you have a rear bed or rear bath? We love our 23 and wouldn't trade for a 26

      Mine has the "wet bath" and the bed in the back.

    How do I get one. They should start making these again it's literally the best vehicle living situation I've seen and I been binging vehicle dwellings for the last year it's not too big. Not too small..they need to make a 2023

    In the owners manual it says you can just place the baby bassinet in the front dinette seat, no need for those pesky seat belts. 😉
