Please I need your help I have iron 9 Ferritin 16 Hemoglobin 13 Should I take iron suplement please ? My doctor said no I feel very tired and dizzy Thank you very much for helping me
Sorry to hear you are suffering! While I don’t recommend going against the Doctor’s advice, sometimes you have to make educated decisions about your health and help yourself especially if you aren’t given other options. Most non-heme iron supplements can be hard on your digestive system and are poorly absorbed. Heme iron supplements tend to be better absorbed and help improve iron levels more efficiently. I really like beef liver supplements to help raise iron levels and restore energy. Or you can eat beef liver but most don’t like it. It’s not strictly an iron supplement, it considered a whole food supplement and has other vitamins and minerals that work together with the iron to help you feel better. Eating more red meat can also be helpful. This is the brand I like the best: amzn.to/3WS7adF I hope this helps, I wish you the best in feeling better!
Sodium/potassium balance is important and is discussed in the study, it’s worth a read. Most migraine sufferers seem to respond quite well even just to sodium. I’m glad your son has found something that works!
Thank you for presenting my paper. I hope many migraineurs around the world will see this.
You’re so welcome! Thank you for doing the work and publishing it, such an amazing finding. I believe everyone needs to know about it.

@@StronglifePhysiotherapy thank you very much Sir
You helped me more than my doctor
I am really grateful
My son regularly stops his oncoming migraine with Potassium and water. Salt actually makes his migraines worse.
