Joe, your NPCs are so distinct and so clearly defined and so well voiced that I have to thank you for all the improv work you've saved me in my home games. ;)
Sydney: Oh Joe, you make it seem like I'm some kind of party animal! Sydney, 40 minutes later: So here's how you smuggle booze into a club between your legs...
This amazing crew, I will be so sad when this ends, it has been my favorite show of this genre ever. Hope Joe will be handler again in the future, he is simply amazing at this
Just starting the ep My prediction is that somehow by the end of the adventure Rodger is going to end up shrunk and we will learn that the little clown was Rodger all along trying to warn everyone
Man the reveals... also syd, your face at 1 hr 25min haha perfect reaction. The absolute mastery in weaving this story Joe... my goodness your on fire. Everyone else, way to rp!
i genuinely can’t explain how terrifying that description of you know who was. I was actually frightened, a chill went down my whole body. Joe you are Godsend to the world!
Oh man the title this week could be so many things... the 90s saturday morning cartoon MASK , vampire the masquerade or time for chaos reference masks of nyarothotep. I guess well see if they encounter vampires , transforming vehicles or go to peru
7:49 this is a thing i tell my nephew, you make fun of the "nerdy" kids but those are the ones actually having fun and fucking around at parties, because theres no weird social ladder stuff going on, its just people having a good time
Very Spectacular series. I haven't watched any other Delta Green shows yet. because I definitely can't imagine this universe without Roger Cumstone and Vicki Ricci, and all of these amazing characters! Hopefully Joe runs another one of these type of emotionally immersive shows like this again in a similar world as well. Awesome Work!
Ruggers know how to party... Best parties, a mate of mine use to throw masquerades in PDX (one year we had a ton of x-men show up(no duplicates and no one arranged this just happened), red skull with a cosmic cube, Mario and Luigi in their carts with a person dressed as the cloud, his house mate brewed beer in the house and it was epic. I had known my chummer for many many years so I always crashed there and helped fix breakfast for the house the next day. One of my most memorable is helping a mate throw an after show party for Motorhead. the nicest guys I ever hung with. serving them drinks and talking music and just chilling....
Worst (that is, BEST) ache of resolution deferred in any medium: When that thing allllmost happened. It was like failing an unknown roll. It's almost like imagining if my first exposure to Middle-Earth would start with Isildur's story - the first epic ended with the tragedy of him walking away with the One Ring when he almost tossed it into Mt. Doom. The description of the King is if a supermassive black hole powering a dark matter and energy galaxy walked by. Or maybe a Black Hole Sun.
I've been thinking over the last few episodes how my favorite depictions of the King in Yellow are different from other Old Ones because he's not an alien creature trying to consume the world. He just exists and people get pulled into his gravity. Then when Joe was describing looking at him like looking into the sun, I had the idea, what if he is the Sun?
Local clown show was “Pete McTee’s Clubhouse”. Visited once with, I believe, the Boy Scouts. His co-host was a kid-friendly mad scientist whose name escapes me.
Just like when I read through the campaign book, when the players actually reach Carcosa, everything becomes much less interesting. The last false hope of survival or sanity remaining intact or preserving some semblance of normality for anyone is finally stripped away and the motivation for any character to do one thing or another going forward is impossible to maintain. Anything is valid in Carcosa. Everything is madness. It's a very delicate balancing act to prevent the King in Yellow from turning a Delta Green/Call of Cthulhu game into a nothing matters free for all of reality-warping insanity, and I'd say up until the gang actually dropped onto the shores of the Lake of Hali, Joe and Co. had done an amazing job. For me, pitting the modern "real-world" against cosmic horror and trying to pull through without an early TPK/TPI, is the best part of Delta Green, with the results becoming lore for future groups of characters/missions for survivors. The more it slips into a literally everything is madness scenario, without the balance of normal real world events, consequences and responsibilities, and "normie" NPCs who have no idea about the Mythos, the less compelling the story is. The show is still fun because of the cast and the characters they play (this is my favorite show on the channel), but I wish they'd never gone to Carcosa. Having the King be a corruption under the surface of the real world that sours the character's lives forevermore would have been better, I think. Still looking forward to the conclusion and what you all come up with for season 7!
A whole week of Baroque jokes… just to have this week be full of Baroque music? I’ll never leave the Baroque trunk! Edit: JK it’s mostly Mozart aka classical
The amazing thing about GCN, TH-cam, and the internet in general, is that it doesn't have to be just one thing at a time like it is coming out of an extruder. Jared and BitD could very well be happening simultaneously. Your comment is pointlessly antagonistic and trollish and you suck fuck and should shut up.
Every time Joe says "ballroom" I think of Roger's grenade.

Haha!
Hahahaha, good call
Francis is so into it. Get this man on more shows!
Can't wait for the conclusion, but I will be very sad when its over. We need more of this crew.. in the trunk!
this has been my personal favorite series of this genre ever. Sad to see it go
@@Druller-y9pHopefully it's just on to the next adventure party. ...for any survivors.
@Acantigue tbh i only think Roger will get trhough this. Even if he dies here, his essence or another alternate Roger will carry on
This amazing crew, I will be so sad when this ends, it has been my favorite show of this genre ever. Hope Joe will be handler again in the future, he is simply amazing at this
Next week better be a four hour jawn jamski
"Petal check? The Hell you know about flowers "at 30:16 I swear every GM has said something along those lines before
This can’t honestly be the last time we get in the trunk! The show must go on! On to the next book after this one 😂🎉😅😢😂❤
Just starting the ep
My prediction is that somehow by the end of the adventure Rodger is going to end up shrunk and we will learn that the little clown was Rodger all along trying to warn everyone
I love the Carcosa mythos so much, and Roger and Neal are such fun... going to really miss this!
You might like the book "in the court of the yellow king"
Listening to this while i work today, and the last minute had ME afraid. Holy shit Joe you are phenomenal
Incredible description
Man the reveals... also syd, your face at 1 hr 25min haha perfect reaction. The absolute mastery in weaving this story Joe... my goodness your on fire. Everyone else, way to rp!
Can't get enough of this show.
All I want for Christmas is a pic of Sydney in a blue ball gown and doll mask. 😅
Anyone else think of the ballroom from Labyrinth?
49:10 “what is that ma’am?”
my first response was “My tampon”
LOVED seeing everyone's facial reactions and expressions during Joe's closing narration.
Holy cow, this has been a RIDE!
This is "Everywhere, all at once" if it was a horror movie...
I love it and I hate it at the same time 😂
Today is my birthday. And there is no greater gift than a new episode of GET IN THE TRUNK!
Happy birthday!
Happy Birthday!
Happy birthday!
Watching with the horrible realization that this is coming to an end...
I knoOoOoOow!
26:00 that is literally the most confused and scared ive seen sydney the entire run of this show, and her expression was exactly the same as mine
that gave me chills.
Just in time for Christmas, Roger!
i genuinely can’t explain how terrifying that description of you know who was. I was actually frightened, a chill went down my whole body. Joe you are Godsend to the world!
Delta Jawn: Lose Your Mind.
I think Joe meant backgammon, not baccarat. Baccarat's a game too, but there would be backgammon boards.

Phenomenal penultimate epzoni!!!

Finally! The time has come! 🙌💀
Roger's Grenade is one of my favorite gaming moments of all time. Thank you for sharing 😂
I get the notion Sydney is low key wholesome.
My favorite party isn't really one time, it's a whole genre. The bonfire in the woods genre. That's the stuff.
I'm getting David Bowie Labyrinth ballroom dance sequence vibes.
ah shit ere we go
time for all the call backs
Sing it... ohhh noooo ohh noooo Sydney's goin' maad
Always Expect the Unexpected. Always! 😊

Oooh or a black hole -like singularity
That ending was... everything. Amazing ❤
A Part 1zoni!?
Could be!
I too have started adding zoni at the end of words sometimes
Lol
@@TheGlassCannon What a cliffy! This has been the best actual play I've ever seen. More DG please.
i don't even want to listen because i know it's going to be all over soon
I have been relistening to S1 of GITT and it’s still so hilarious and exciting. Nothing ever really ends!
How can Troy call himself a proud son of Massachusetts and not remember Willie Whistle, OUR local clown? Or maybe I'm dating myself.
Season 9, EP 4 with Murray Cumstone, learning his dad's 'dad lore'. And changing. Callin it now.
Great episode!
What class is Max San-Damn anyways?
Pathfinder: Maybe swashbuckler, or a fighter/with wrestler archetype?
Excellent bantz
Here's hoping the Live Show switches over to Strange Aeons so we get more sooner rather than later!

every time i hear J C Lince i think J D Vance lol also why do americans pronounce snooker 'snucker' ? What do you call the dog from peanuts?
Snoopy
Is Cumstones new alias "Massive Murder Clown"?
It is now.
Can we have Jared and BitD back please?
