      U know I don't beat on anyone but I'll tell u some of those per mile figures seem awfully low if your operating even a hotshot truck maintanance and fuel will barely be covered. But like I said everyone has to eat. I got aqoyte from five freight companies old dom FedEx ups and two others to ship a18000 pound load from strausburg co to Denver straight composite lumber no touch for the driver but they all qouted me about the same for the load. Avrg was 39. Bucks a mile lowest was a little less at 1183 for 42 miles. And this is not even close to as cheap as these load boards are showing freight costs us there a difference or should I find a local hotshot hauler to haul these loads for 300. Bucks I mean wow help me understand this. Who's fleecing who and who'saking all the money.

    If I set my dispatch business as LLC will I have access to the load board? And if yes what numbers will I have to type in?

    • @DispatchTrucks
      @DispatchTrucks  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes and no! Some of the load boards will ask for a dispatch company like your LLC, other may not ask your LLC.
      For example, truckstop will ask for your dispatching company to give you access as a dispatcher.
      But, my point is that you will be running a dispatch service business, and you must build a system around your company.
      I don’t understand about the numbers, what do you mean?

      Dispatch Trucks sorry. Well I guess really my question is I’m trying to log in to Uber app and it’s asking for MC number. I do not have one and I will be dispatching several different carriers with different MC number. How would I do this

    • @DispatchTrucks
      @DispatchTrucks  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Jordan Burbage this is why my training focuses on how to become and “INDEPENDENT” truck dispatcher. Meaning, you have a company that offers your dispatch services to owner ops or carriers. You must have a dispatch company set up like LLC and then have access to load boards and book loads for as many carriers or owner operators as you could serve without MC and DOT numbers. This is the legal way of doing it. On the other hand, uber freight focuses exclusively on carriers and owner operators, meaning they can book loads without you. If you choose to go this way, then your carrier or owner operator must give you the access. Hope this answers your question.
