My dad introduced me to OLFA 30 years ago in my teens, he'd use them in making our plane/car model kits. Good times. This has been on my edc for 10 years now

Olfa invented the snap off blades, hence the blade replaceable cutters. They actually were the first to introduce them into the market.

those things are excellent, my go to EDC knife for over 10 ears. (with the same blade)
they resharpen quite easily, and can be stropped to scalpel-sharpness.

Seems like a useful little utility knife, something everybody could use around home and office.... nice video !!

Olfa 3/4" utility blades are the cats ass. The black blades are thinner than their non coated steel ones so 25℅ sharper. I've gone through hundreds of their blades trimming sod and cutting lumber packaging wrap. It's Japanese quality on the cheap although I always thought Olfa sounds Swedish, Norwegian or something like that.

I'm glad you like it! Mine was hair popping sharp and you can reverse the screw to the other side if desired. I wondered if you could blast it or nuke it? 😊 I bet it would customize pretty nicely, if stainless allows it. Well worth the money IMO! I bet a lanyard would work on it well too. I wish it had a pocket clip, actually!

I reversed the screw on mine. Easier when youre right handed to pull the blade in and out, holding it in right.:o)
