I have a question - I personally went through a trauma a couple of months back, which involved a couple of traumatic experiences, to the point where I had negative visualization about myself, due to being scared. This was genuinely not my intention, my question is even though I have done my best to have positive visualizations and replace those, will those still manifest? Since I did think of them very strongly at one point when I was going through this situation a few months back.
