I've just started writing a story I've been working to set down for over three years. So 'mind and speech' are very important to me in this moment.

It sometimes came to my mind that I should be direct with words and not use the unsure ones(except expressing opinion) when I talk with something.
Also, I realized that growth is uncomfortable. Being in this state slowly help you reach the self you wanted to be. Allow yourself to be uncomfortable and let this work flow into you in inner and outer self.

I appreciate there is a method. I'm going to have to listen again because it still feels like I'm lying when I say things to myself, so I must have missed something.
On an individual basis this makes sense to me. My subconscious impressions, thoughts, beliefs, emotions are creating the world around me (planting the seeds for the future state). The combination of all of our subconscious create the physical world around us, but how do other peoples thoughts, beliefs etc. alter my conscious reality?

Look at how TV shows brainwash our subconscious mind... when we watch a good show or movie, we often feel as though it's real and sometimes even that we are there, like when we say things to the tv of "LOOK OUT" or Get Outta there! 🙂
It's funny when I think what I used to do when I watched TV. They call it TV programming for a reason!
Personally, I'm learning that manifestation is EASY, WHEN we have learned patience, kindness to others, generosity without expecting it back, etc.
What good is manifesting a ton of money if we are greedy, materialistic, etc. Yes, money is helpful / necessary, but it can also bring troubles when we only want money for the sake of frivolous crap.
You should write a book on scripting! ❤

us away? That noise is not needed, GET RID OF IT.
