Thanks too much was so clear and direct in the point I wish if all the TH-cam tutorials was in same your explanation ❤ You deserve the like and subscribe
@@Amir-9b ahhh I forgot to make a video for that 😭 but honestly, I don’t really use them. The heat map is just kind of there and then my speed run function isn’t as useful right now. I’ll likely update in the spring once I have a new set of things to work with!!
Do you think studying with Anki is better than studying the normal way of reading again and again? Have you always studied like this in med school? Does the Anki remote feel like pressing on a key on a laptop keyboard? Good luck with the rest of your years in med school however many years!
Hi! I’d say Anki depends on the topic. I only use it for small bits of information that I might forget, anatomy, or labs. Otherwise, I make PDFs and read them over + speak them out loud as if I’m teaching a class.
I didn’t always use anki and don’t even use the premade decks outside of like..3? I can make a whole video on this! The remote is just a way to trick your brain into thinking you’re doing something fun ☺️
@@zchats26 Thank you yes! did you also have to keep the setting tab for JoyToKey open the whole time while using the remote? or did I do something wrong?
Hello. So, is this a substitute for using a mouse kind of? Also, are you still planning to upload a video on what you have planned for the fall/school/extra curricular activities etc?
@@joulibrown9174 hi, yes it is! And I am going to upload that a little later. I want to do a few dedicated pre-med videos since it is application season and then my STEP 1 updates

How did you sync to Anki after setting up on Joytokey?
Keep the joy to key program open, like that mini window I showed. And it’s automatic once inside of a deck!
