Flying looks good. Formations are tight with a good safety margin. The boss should tighten up housekeeping. Area behind the pilot in the opening is dirty. That area should be clean and polished. I think it’s the #1….touch up your helmet with some paint and put a shine on it. Jet tires….clean the wheels and tires and make them shine. Your represent the US Airforce!
