One more question sir, In my plant one of the micom relay keypad is not working only book and C is working when we press. I want to know what is fault and what is reason behind...... Is only keypad change is option or anything else.
However relay is not so old and key pad looking in good condition. Please provide some idea in this regard.

In Siemens you can change front facia if there any problem. But in Schneider you don't have that option, if it is under warranty contact to Schneider or you have to replace the relay. Also Sometimes if you toggle DC, keypad get working again(10% chance only).
