I like that technique, saves the sharp edge of the mirror piece fraying the thread, which is what was happening as I followed traditional method. Got a, bit sea sick with the camera moving though!! Good if you could do again a bit slower and with a steady camera 🤗

Your video is helpful but there is too much movement of the camera and not enough close up of mirror...maybe use a bigger mirror and have stable frame :)
