Hi.You use the one of the larger magnets then just add 1-2 rubber bands to pull the armature bar down and counteract the cartridge membrane tension. How much will depend on the stiffness of the cartridge and how hard you want it to hit. You can adjust the placement of the rubber bands to fine tune how hard it hits. Farther forward the harder and farther back the softer. (practical when switching between big and small needles)

This brand can be better but for now its like puzzle for beginners ..
