UPDATE GUYS: Just to Highlight this:
It is potentially possible to get a work permit in Luxembourg if you are a qualified accountant, lawyer, tax advisor etc. but you must find a company willing to recruit you over someone from Europe. It must be direct with the hiring company, not via a recruitment agency.
