B760 should be enough for you since you said you're only going to game, however in future if need arises, the same can't be said. I personally, would choose z690 or z790 for future proofing myself as i wont bother spending another 5k if i already own like a high mid end pc

I think for 3000 series GPU, you'll need a better processor, go for 5800x3d, that way you can stay in ddr4

15 to 20 % faster than 7800xt but it is 20% slower than 7900xt it is the card between 7800xt and 7900xt it is good if it comes between 58 to 63k

Video editing is OK on amd but rendering is sh#t especially blender from personal experience I highly recommend nvidis gpus for rendering
Basic rule of thumb: Anything other than gaming, Go WITH NVIDIA

in my case cyberpunk, tombraider, and 1-2 more games showed error, some time it crashes too, these thing also happen in Nvidia but less compare to amd card

The pricing would be around 62k As 7800xt was released in around 51k for lower saffire pulse ...HAte the indian market for Taxes
RYZEN 5 7600
i checked online for local, it's almost cost double of the RX 7800 XT for simply close to 10% gain..... not worth it, at least to me. I rather stick to the RX 7800 XT for 1440p gaming for 180hz monitor.
RX 6800 XT is also another option if it's 2nd hand and for a good price deal. But if you need AV1 encoder, you best get the RX 7800 XT.
Not quite sure what to get for Nvidia but they aren't exactly good deals either. At this price point compared to the 7800 XT, you will most likely get less vram.
Also if you check some of the reviews, they have some nvidia models they increased the ram but they gutted it to make it useless.
that said i'm not even happy with the RX 7800 XT pricing, but compared to what else is available right now, it's the only least rip off price offer atm. And even then you are making some compromise (dont ray tracing with it, no superior nvidia DLSS (amd's competitor to it doesn't stack up, lets be honest), no hevc (but amd gets AV1 also supported in OBS, so this is less of an issue these days if you plan to stream on youtube while gaming), different platform from what you are use to (heard these days amd drivers are just about as stable as nvidia, so not much of an issue there either). This is why a lot of people are going for 2nd hand for the previous generation cards, and who can blame them.
