- In this episode of The Bill Cartwright Show, Bill sits down with former Chicago Bulls teammate Will Perdue. They talk about Will's path to the NBA and his time with the Bulls that ended in 3 NBA Championships. They also discuss the rest of his NBA career including stops in Portland and San Antonio, where Will was able to win another championship. Will recounts the end of the basketball playing days and how he was able to transition into a broadcasting career in which he is currently an analyst for NBC Sports Chicago.

I can't believe I'm just finding out that Bill Cartwright has a show!
When I hit my teens and my dad introduced me to basketball, the Chicago Bulls were just becoming a thing.
That was the first team I followed, and I felt like I knew and loved every dude on the team.
I vividly remember watching Bill go to war with the other team's enforcers in the paint, always worrying for him because he was skinnier than a lot of those big dudes and he had a patch of grey on his beard, so me being 12-13, I thought he must be 50.
Bill was a soldier though!
I was worried for Bill, but those giant men whose muscles I was so impressed with were worried ABOUT Bill.
His battles with Ewing were absolutely legendary.
Awesome to see he has a show and that he seems like such a nice guy when you aren't trying to get around him for a rebound!
no disrespect to bill cartwright but i can't think of another elite university of san francisco player besides legendary bill russell
