I feel this on such a deep level, ever since i stopped letting myself be depressed and let it hold me down, i have been treating myself to the highest priority, going to the gym, getting good sleep, taking myself out somewhere and focusing on my peace and not worrying about others, i have no spite or hate on others i just want myself to be happy and thats enough in life, the longer you put off prioritizing yourself, the more regrets you'll have that you didn't respect yourself enough to live a happier life and make those changes you need to do to be the person you feel you are supposed to be.
Hahaha, I hope so. If this series even does as well as my last series, I'll be happy. I do have high hopes its better than my Minecraft series and I did that one alone, so I'm just going to keep improving with each episode and we'll see what happens 😆.
@ and that’s it nothing goes unrewarded it’s all experience and usually our best work goes unnoticed and then you’ll put something out you don’t think is even good and it’ll blow up
@ and also your making videos with your brother that’s a reward itself being able to talk about these subjects with people close to you . The only person I can talk to about subjects like this is my mum which I’m so grateful, everyone else around me is so locked into the rat race that they dismiss anything meaningful
@@Gotcha4 I agree, just making one of these every day with my brother, and getting better every time, is all the motivation I need. Hopefully I can help some people too along the way.
Read Ayn Rand. Her ethics are based on this premise that one's own life should be their standard of value and that altruism is destructive. I recommend Anthem, it's free through Project Gutenburg and quite short.
Nah, God comes first, always. Job lost everything, yet he continued to walk with God. The Apostles set their old lives down and followed Christ, and went to their deaths proclaiming His own death and resurrection, which pays the wages of those who would simply repent and trust in Him. Joy doesn't come from us, it doesn't come from the world, and it doesn't come from how much we "love" ourselves, it SHOULD come from the realization of salvation, that those who believe will not perish, but have everlasting life. God bless.
The two statements aren't contradictory, if you are putting yourself first and prioritizing your own peace, that peace may very well come through the form of God. My message here is truly just to focus on your own peace and wellbeing ahead of giving in to negative emotions or toxic people. Also, I believe that having a good self-relationship or having "love" for yourself is important in terms of your overall joy and wellbeing. Perhaps your spiritual connection, and having a good relationship with God, can and is built at times off of the desire to prioritize your own flourishing instead of the struggles and vices of the human world. Idk, just my perspective but what I'm saying is this overall message is broad and does not contradict what you believe. I think for anyone prioritizing peace and developing a good relationship with oneself is important, this can come in many forms and is ultimately unique to the individual. Thanks for your comment🙏.
@@RawLensGaming The statements really are contradictory, because if your goal is to prioritize yourself, then you have lost sight. The reason for prioritizing God is not to better self, but to give work out the salvation found in Christ as described in Philippians 2. A relationship with Christ is not built off of a desire to prosper, but instead, a desire to serve Him and work out the faith some of us have in Him. Naturally, loving ourselves does not equate to being satisfied with ourselves, but it means acknowledging that we were all made in the image of God (Gen. 1:26), and therefore have value based on that alone. It is certainly possible to experience what can easily be thought of as peace, but it's also important to note that Satan is known for counterfeiting the good things that God has created in an effort to allow people to couch themselves in their sin and be in a state of non-emergency. How God brings about true peace really is unique to the individual, as I've known people who feel God's peace in the most stressful of situations, and it really is incredible.
@ interesting, well I certainly won’t argue with you. If you find the ideas contradictory that’s valid, perhaps you have some perspective on it that im lacking. Thanks for your input. That’s something I’ll definitely have to think more about.
This is wrong and you need to put GOD and Jesus first in your life . Everything that is happening globally , is to fulfil scripture. So you need a Christian bible and prayers to GOD and Jesus , then others come next. What you are doing is the sin of ppride , by putting yourself first . Jesus is your Lord and Savior. You also need the Holy Spirit. If you need help , reach out and i'll do my best to help you out. GOD bless and be well ❤️
This feels real. Like a real person talking about the topic. Not a life coach or a specialist. A real person who has experience and advice to give.

Hmm, interesting idea I’ve heard of Ayn Rand but never read any of her work. I’ll have to look into it🫡. Thanks for the recommendation.
