Great review! I love Gridiron Studio's products. The "light" is a visible/infrared laser module. The magazine well on the chassis system does not feed in to the gun. As you suspected, there's no way that would work. It's simply a spare extended magazine for the pistol. You can carry the pistol on your person, but combine it with the chassis to create a pistol caliber carbine like set-up for steadier shots. There are several real world systems, with one of the more popular being the Micro-Roni.
As soon as Gridiron dropped that Elite Operator 9 Pistol Carbine set, I knew it something special, and I had to have it...at least 1.The folding stock, adjustable optics, and the overall playability just makes this a great set. Been a huge fan of Gridiron since I picked up their grass ghillie suit as my first purchase from them. By all means, please keep reviewing their products! I would recommend the Michael Meyers and Jason tactical masks as well, would go great with that wicked skull head!

I have to say Gridiron has some cool weapons, accessories. I did buy a couple of items from them. But your review are always welcomed. 🙂 But Valaverse is top notch with their figures and accessories.
really nice review of the weapons from GridIron. I was absolutely interested in the modular hand gun..so thank you for showing it off. And the Shockwave set is really interesting.
Great to use both Hasbro and Valaverse, since I feel the majority of GridIron purchasers have one or both lines.

This has s a shell so it turns it in to a pistol brace basically! And the front mag well is a mag holder, I had on for my glock 17
Yeah, looks like an AW custom VX, you'd think they'd the Glock 17 for this set.
Good review! Just a note, your magazines are inserted backwards. The slanted bottoms of the magazines should face forward.

Recently found your channel; really diggin the content. Just started dippin my toes back into in the kitbash custom scene. I used to do it back in the day with the 3.75 O-ring figures. Don't know why; but looking at Shockwave masked up with the hat backwards, and the M16 was giving me strong SWAT guy vibes from George Romeo's O.G. Dawn of the Dead movie. Dang, that's a while back bro, we got issued A3s in Basic bac in '07. Nice looking carabine conversion kit, glad they didn't plaster a Giant GS logo on it, the one it has is tasteful, but I'd rather they didn't put in on the weapons at all.

@@209edd Went to basic, got an unclassified discharge back when I was 20, I regret not choosing to get restarted after I was out of training for while back there, but it was still a valuable learning experience... And then I spent all my salary as soon as I got back to Cali, to be young and stupid, right?

I personally feel that the shockwave pack should come with a M4 Carbine instead of a full length M16A1. Back when I was an MP we used M4s for breaching and SWAT type operations,
