Hi Robert, The rifle in the review is a Vudoo V22in and MDT ESS Chassis. You won't go wrong with the Rival, I have 2, one on each Comp gun and they track perfectly and I really like the reticle. Thanks for watching and the comment, take care.
Thank you for the review. IMHO they seem to be way overpriced and should be half of what they are selling for. Scopelist and EuroOptic were selling the Riton 7 version of this scope for under $500 just a few months ago. The Blackhound Emerge version is currently on sale at 40% off plus am additional 15% off with special code for around $900 d even at $900 I think it's still overpriced since they're not made at the well respected LOW factory.
Hi, I am not really familiar with the scopes you have mentioned. I do know the Apex scopes are manufactured in the same factory as the Nightforce scopes. I have been using the Apex Scopes for about 8 months now for competition and I really like them. I think they are priced competitively and are a great value. If I didn't trust them I wouldn't use them as I pay good money to enter competitions and I want a product that won't let me down and so far that hasn't happened and I shoot a lot. Buy what you can afford, I don't mind spending 2000.00 on a scope that I know won't let me down in the middle of a match. But Thank you for all the comparisons that are out there and thank you for watching and the comments, take care and be safe.
@@bcextremeoutdoorsman I own several different tier levels of Nightforce scopes and compared directly with an Apex sample scope they're not even close.
Hi Kevin, a couple reasons, one its there if you need it, two around the middle of power range is where you usually will get you clearest sight picture. But I generally shoot matches on 15-16 power. Thanks for watching and the comment, take care.
Hi, yes I did, that was with 30MOA rail. I had a 20 MOA rail and a friend of mine and I did the math and milled it into a 45MOA rail, but I haven’t installed it yet. I will be doing that very near in the future. That should give me way more elevation. Thanks for watching and the comment, take care.
Made at Japan Optical (JOL) same factory as the Riton 7, Blackhound Emerge, Brownells MPO, and the older discontinued Crimson Trace.
What rifle are you shooting? Heard a lot of positive comments the Apex Rival and think I am going to give them a try.

@@bcextremeoutdoorsman Nightforce aren't made at the same Japan Optics factory as the Apex. Where did you get such inaccurate information from?
@@commonsense5709 I got that info from the owner of the Apex Company and others have told me the same thing.

@@commonsense5709 I never compared it to a Nightforce, which I also have 4 of them. :) Thanks for the discussion, take care and be safe out there.
FFP, Japanese optics, Canadian company and a great price. I'm going to check them out
I’m very happy with the scope. I’m sure you would be very happy with one as well. Thanks for watching and the comment, take care.
Impressive
Hi Harm, It’s a very sweet scope. You should check it out at the next match. Thanks for watching and the comment, take care my friend.
Nice sbooting.. what rifle do you use?
Hi, I and using a Vudoo 22, Vudoo make very accurate rifles, pricey, but you get what you pay for. Thanks for watching and the comment, take care.
Why use a 32x scope when you never dial above 10x or so?

Did you say max elevation was 18 mils?
