What i love about sufi culture , they never treat women as a second/ sexual citizen... they just agree with god that we are all human regardless of ur gender , colour , race , religion even despite of ur speeches.... eben arabi , shams al tarbezi a, al hallaj , rumi established what prophets tried to do .
What on earth are you talking about, Rumi was a Saint who recognized and followed prophets as superior in status than him. Rememberence of Allah has never been against the teachings of prophet Muhammad
I don't think there was any religion that allowed women to participate in the ceremony, they were always praying behind men, no religion has been fair to gender equality. In all sacred books, you see that women have to always protect themselves against selfish men whose desires put women in jeopardy but beauty is always to be appreciated not to be caged just like this beautiful Sufi dance free of all prejudice and discrimination! Souls have no gender!
