I'm in the same situation. And decided to choose the Oppo over the OnePlus. I like the camera colours more on the Oppo and the battery is in my opinion a little bit better. And I got it 100 Euro less than the OnePlus. But maybe I will miss the OnePlus fingerprint sensor.
OPPO'S video quality is a bit better but I think having a short focal optical fingerprint sensor at the price of the OPPO is ridiculous. Even if the decided to save costs and not give an ultrasonic one they should at least not use a short focal one
I live in North America so, this isn't a big decision. Oppo phones aren't available here. Moreover, they're not whitelisted by our carriers. They've always been a regional brand and only operate in certain parts of the world. On the other hand, OnePlus devices are readily available in North america. Furthermore, they are a global brand. To that end, there's no compatibility issues with our carriers.
Which one has better battery efficiency and optimization? Is optical fingerprint sensor on oppo is a big deal? I don't care about performance as at this point all of those processors are giving 50 times more power than I need...
I get the same battery life on both. The optical is just as quick and snappy as the ultrasonic, just the placement really stands out. Optical has improved a lot over generations
How is it a better all rounder lol it has a worse display worse chip worse finger print sensor worse haptics worse speakers only thing it has better is a extra 6x optical but everything else is better on the OnePlus
@rickaustin3077 Have you used it? Probably not. Nothing wrong with haptics, the processor does exactly what it needs to do, the battery is great and if you can see the difference in the screen you must have Superman's eyes 😂🤣
@fhbooker haha nice try mate qhd Vs 1.5k is easy visible especially when cropping in viewing my photos and when watching videos ultra sonic finger print is faster and way more reliable than optical also the chips difference isn't just power snapdragon chip have better signal reception better WiFi you name it
@fhbooker so how on earth can you say a phone that's inferior in every single aspect other than having a 6x optical that's actually a piss poor 6x sensor Vs all the pros op13 has over it is a better all rounder make sense mate it's clearly the opposite
Oppo clearly castrate OnePlus at the level of photo-video software processing, pff 🤦🏽♂️ If you want the best from Oppo/OnePlus, buy an Oppo Find X7 Ultra or wait for the Find X8 Ultra. Regarding the OnePlus 13, honestly, I only recommend OnePlus smartphones 3-6 months after their release, they lose an average of $200 or even $300 on their Msrp, at which point, they reach their true prices, the true value that Oppo gives them, that of high-mid-range 🤧 🚶🏽♂️ 🚶🏽♂️ 🚶🏽♂️

You feel like the Oppo fingerprint sensor is worse?
@Idan_K nope it's not as good as the OnePlus 13 in terms of speed but definitely reliable and good to use
Im from India and im using both phones at present and i like both of them.

Limited edition is the problem of oppo
Oppo and one plus flagship phone but i choose oppo find x8 pro because of the battery and the camera was so good i used oppo since 2016
5:36 Incorrect!
The Snapdragon gets hotter than the MediaTek. Multiple reviews here on TH-cam prove that.

@CliffR hmm glad you are saying this. If optical is snappy as Samsung s ultrasonic fingerprint scanner I am totally down for oppo!
oneplus has had a major camera update
I got the oppo. It's a better all rounder. I find the camera better than my Google 8 Pro. And the Oppo is a 2 day phone for me 👍

@fhbooker and it doesn't matter if you think nothing is wrong with halrtics doesn't change the fact there worse

The snapdragon means much more than processing power. It means signal strength, wifi 7, optimisation, compability..
I don't find any of that true with owning both phones. They are both great and signal is the same for cellular (using apps that show bands, RSS etc)
@CliffR good for you.
@@rlbnobrega You don't have to be negative. that is a comment for others that may be wondering about differences
@CliffR I just said it's good for you. You have both and like both. 🤷🏾
@@CliffR Why do you have both? Sounds like a waste of money
Save money and buy the oneplus? In the Netherlands the Oppo is cheaper then the Oneplus 😮

Oppo had this vegan leather thing long ago so I don’t see why you should be saying that for one plus like it’s some huge thing or they did it first
He didn't say it like that
The "vegan leather" gimmick is the most stupid thing that I have heard in ages. 😂😂😂😂
Trãi nghiệm thì One . Còn cao cấp nhất vẫn 8pro
phone with snapdragon all day
Dimensity meh no 🤧
because snapdragon is bigger and more sexy than dimensity🤣🤣🤣
