So many problems are going at the moment for the project. I came to know about this litigations details of project from many property agents and CPs..
I came to know as well in past few days about the Notice received to buyers . I discussed with the ANP team and they told me that they managed that thing as of now. Other property agents informed me as well because they wanted to sell their flats.
Generally Litigation are part of all premium projects which are located at Prime locations and builders deal with it. Each and every Paranjape project has litigation over it so it is not a new thing. If project has all approvals then it is not a thing to worry much. Regarding cp who is associated with builder will encourage you to buy and cps who are not going to be benefited with that project will discourage you from that property by saying all sort of this.
Really appreciate your hard work behind your project specific reviews.. Its good but needs a lot of improvement.. I had requested this in one of the your other videos as well but looks like you have ignored it.. We as consumers want to know how reliable the builder is..? Has he compromised on quality and dates in his previous projects..? How good do you think the structure and floor plan is..? Is the flat costings justified as per the area and locality ? How would you rate a project out of 10 as per your knowledge in real estate ? We as viewers would like your honest opinions to all above questions.. please avoid textbook reviews, maps and specifications which we can find anywhere by going to any site like 99 acres or magicbricks.. Hope you take note of my comments this time..Thanks for your effort 🙏🏻 i have been following your videos since long time.
For this you should get paid consultation from Saudaghar team. They charge minimal for this and its worth spending money when you are going to spend lacs on property.

They’re are already sharing infrastructure updates, which locality is bad which one is good, which one has more scope, which builder has good legacy, etc. Now if you want some specific information then you should ask for paid consultation. I also paid for consultation last year and they helped me in solving many doubts when I purchased flat last year. Now its your personal choice whether you want to pay or not. Most of Indians want everything for free.

You are not the one i am asking help. its Saudaghar team. so stop poking your nose where your inputs / help is not asked for. And learn to be humble. The presenter in the video asked for comments from his viewers in case of any suggestions..thats why i have written mine.
Please make video on Calyx group, Atulya Raghukul project Alandi road wadmukhwadi. No progress in work from last 4 year and date of possession is due in thi year. construction stopped.
This is a good builder, I have bought flat in his construction.. Trustworthy. But his after sales services is not that good.. Getting minor issues solved is impossible.
What do you mean after sale service is not better ? Any issues you have faced if you list them , will be better to review the builder before getting into any deal.
@@pawan030393 leakage issues near window, small small drainage issues, seepage issues. You will have to fix them yourself as from builder side it will take way too long. And this issue is there with every builder
@@pawan030393 Bhai do visit Hyderabad IT corridor once. You will be shocked looking at flat prices there even for standalone buildings. Pune is still much affordable. This project falls under premium category. However, you still have many affordable choices in same locality.
