To be a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant you have to take a Two-year university course (which requires you previously have a recognized BA with a "B" average) and the Queen's University site states that because it is so competitive "you are not guaranteed an offer of admission even if you meet the minimum requirements", then write the CICC exam, apply for the licencing... (and spent a few thousand dollars to get set up). Easy as pie.
If I'm not mistaken, you need be a university graduate (or 4 year program in college) as the minimum requirements if you interested in to become the RCIC Licensed
Bro, My immigration consultants status was active while he submitted my application on 28 April, for canada work permit(LMIA based) and I got biometric instructions letter on 3rd may and biometric done on 5 may, after two days on 7 may his(consultants)ccic status changed to Administrative suspension, is it gonna have negative effect on my final result from ircc

So my father has a family name in his passport but in my passport only his first name is mentioned, so what should I mention in the ita form under family details section?
If i understood the question right, In Father’s name field you should mention what’s on his Passport, In your name field you would enter what you have in your passport.

Therefore in the family details section I should mention Abc Kumar Das as per his passport details. I really doubt that one can obtain a study visa for this course as this is an online program. Check with the university directly by dropping an email to them.

Apply via access pathway. It’s a way for people to apply who do not have a bachelor’s degree.
I think the most important requirement is you should be a permanent resident or citizen of Canada
