i appreciate that the ultimate is still global; i know that's not going to be popular with some old heads but i think its the way it should be
As an old head it is just worse Karthus R. The only people who complained didn't know what they were talking about. What people actually complained about was how easy her harass was to hit in combination with her safety.
@@xygore0001yeah and it seems like they made that part of her kit even worse. Instead of DoT on the Hive she can DoT you from any ability and can spread it without AoE abilities
I remember Morigesh’s ult feeling very unfair in Paragon. But this team seems very self aware, and capable of balancing her out.
It looks like it does less damage can't wait to see 😁

She really is the coolest character for me… The way she literally makes a Voodoo doll of her enemies that she can stab to harm them from anywhere is gonna be sooo fun to jump scare someone 😂
Belica is my main and always has been since they introduced her back in Legacy. But Morigesh has always been sooooooo close to taking her over. Im so glad they are both in the game now.

FUCK YES! Morigesh and Aurora were some of my fav champions. Her Ult is just so damn cool
So, the patch notes said that you only slow if the target is marked. This video says it always does a slow. Which is it? The notes also mentioned an increase in Swarm's healing against Marked targets, but no mention of that here.
Looking forward to playing her, just hoping they move away from lock on abilities in the future!
I’m sure you’re aware this was literally her entire old kit back from Paragon, so it’s highly unlikely they’re gonna add another aimbot ability
Remember, the cooldown is much higher than other Hero ultimates(I think hers is 110) and she also self roots herself making her an easy target if she’s focused while channeling.
Unfortunately, new players are gonna complain she’s broken so I’m hoping she isn’t nerfed
countess is also very easy to play and scales way higher than morigesh so i think it would be okay
but the one i hate the most is rev lock on
@@paradonyx7987 I don't have a problem with the ult, it's the mark. They should've made it a skill shot so she doesn't have 2 lock on abilities. It doesn't even have to be a difficult skill shot to land just give it's reticle a decent radius so it's forgiving for some inaccuracy and make it hit scan and it would be fine in my opinion.
Also they've reworked entire kits like Dekker's kit for example so I'm sure they have the capacity to do this.
@@rainsenju1120 The difference between the two characters is that Countess has the toughest early game out of all the heroes because she's a melee caster so the fact that she has 2 lock on abilities and outscales most other heroes is forgivable.
Morigesh is a ranged caster so even though she has shorter range abilities her ranged auto attacks mean she'll have a much easier laning phase. That's why she shouldn't have 2 lock on abilities in my opinion.

But it doesn’t make much sense to label Mark as “alternate” ability, when this is the essence of her kit.
Its the skill HUD position. Primary would be the one of the left most side. Alternate is the one of the right most side. Secondary is the second from the left.
RMB is, in the industry, called alternate ability or alternate fire

It's early access and a relatively small team, be patient. Better to focus on gameplay than cosmetics especially up to full release

one bit of critique on the video, avoid using the term "ultimate" as an adjective to describe an ability. it kind of sounds like you are saying her Mark is her ult
I believe he said "alternate" not ultimate. All characters have alternate abilities. I do agree its a little confusing

@@messedupperfect9367 ah, after re-watching it, i can kinda hear it. its hard to make out tho. either way...isnt this like the bread and butter of her kit? like, i remember it being casted every 5 second back in paragon while others were used more situationally. why call it her alternate ability?
@@NexGenration99 Its because of the position of the ability on the HUD. Primary is first, secondary second, alternate is the opposite of first, etc. It still is the bread and butter of her kit, that's just what they call it. Kinda weird I agree.

Please please just have a limited range on her ult. Ulting someone across the map is not fun for anyone, and was a big problem in Paragon. Great work though! Keep it up!

hard disagree; morigesh-ulting is *extremely* fun; mostly and specifically because of how much it upsets people that think it's unfair and yet don't bat an eye at murdock ult. at least morigesh ult requires first getting close enough to mark someone and most of the time when actually using the ult, the global range is superfluous; the majority of use-cases will be when a target is outside of basic attack range but still on screen. Murdock doesn't have to do anything except aim well at a silhouette, otherwise zero interaction is required for murdock to snipe a kill from across the map.
@@versistversist1517 The snipe is a skill shot, a pure skill skill shot. Thats why no one cares. Mori ult is not a skill shot it is literally a lock on ability to set it up and the ult itself cannot miss. Nothing about a lock on is fun unless you suck.
