Chicken Tortilla Soup Recipe:
Ingredients: 2-3 chicken breasts, 1 can of enchilada sauce, 1 carton of chicken stock, 1 bag of frozen corn, handful of cilantro, 1 can of petite diced tomatoes.
Directions: Put all the ingredients in your slow cooker on low for 5-6 hours. Shred the chicken and place it back in the crockpot-the soup is ready! Enjoy! Toppings we love: crushed tortilla chips with cheese and extra cilantro!

My son and I always had us time when he was growing up - time at the park, swimming, beach, unhealthy food stops, etc.. Now he is 26 and he takes me out for dinner every week (he works weekends so can’t come over for dinner on the weekends anymore) for our ‘us’ time. Go to meal when not feeling well is a chicken ceaser salad using all premade stuff. Cesar salad kit, rotisserie chicken, easy and mostly healthy.

When i am too tired to cook, we either do pb&j, snack boards, or chikfila. Lol... I try to do one on one time with all 3 of my kids... sometimes I take them to lunch or we'll go for a walk etc. They are growing so fast that i know i am going to miss these days so much.

Definitely take time to spend with your kids whenever you can!!! They'll grow up soon enough and you'll miss these opportunities. I LOVE Crumbl cookies!!! Fortunately the closest one is about 30 min away from us.

I never put my corn on the Cobb in the fridge I normally leave it out in my sunroom and it's fine, our go to for us can be bag salad or a fruit salad that is made ahead when it's super hot I don't really want to cook I use the air fryer a lot and I'll do potatoe chunks or chicken or whatever with a salad or a sandwich and chips on the side I just don't want to do a lot when it's so hot because we try to stay in the coolest part of the house so we normally try to do whatever Is quick and easy so we can go keep cool and relax
I use the air fryer a ton! Bag salad is such a great suggestion-easy and healthy💕
@MillerFamilyVibes it is, I like the different types the garden salad or whatever they have that is on sale I'll get 2 big bags because we go through salad like it's going out of style lol we love it, I'll do wraps veggie wraps or chicken I'll put them in a wrap I also can't wait till the stuff in my garden is ready, I plant potatoes and they are doing so well can't wait to have fresh potatoes from the garden I also did lettuce and beans and lot's of other good veggies I'm so excited can't wait to pick them I also have strawberries and raspberries in my backyard they are so good and sweet and I look forward to picking all the goodies from my garden

I want to use microfiber cloths but I hate them on my hands. Lol
I used to feel the exact same way!🤣 It took me a while but I finally found some that are more of a cotton feel and less water-proofy if that makes any sense 🙃
