yesssss rekka is so good the soft way an sings those high notes is everything but I think the main reason people don’t like it is that they thought the chorus would be more energetic and found it underwhelming, which I personally disagree with but can understand where they’re coming from. when I first heard the opening to the song I thought it would be super intense as well, and was actually a bit disappointed when the chorus hit. after listening to it a few more times though it’s really grown on me, probably my second favourite an comm
