Michael Young started off ENE 8 knots. We took off in 10 knots. It swung NE and climbed to 15 - 16 knots. The flight took 3 hours but most of that time was spent waiting at various points waiting to get high enough for the next transition.
Hey, i will move to australia from finland as soon as borders open. Do you know that which place is better to live for paragliding. Sydney or brisbane? Which one has better spots and which one has paragliding spots closer to town. All i know is that if i would move to brisbane there would be rainbow beach but it is very far away. Hi Elias, Brisbane has better access to thermic sites ,, with Tambourine Mountain only 1 hour 15 minutes from town. But Sydney has better coastal flying. M me if you come to Sydney and need a flying buddy. John4Flying@gmail.com

Awesome flight, did you get that height just from ridge lift?
Yes there was Ridge left at every Hedland. At one point we needed to sort the buildings on Collaroy beach
