I see other youtubers stressing hydration/stone vs steel and other details you don't even need in your HOME oven cooked pizza master class. Liked, subscribed and coming back for more
Please get a caphalon airbake pan and make 16 inch pizzas with no pizza stone. Or make some grandmas at home with no pizza stone. I do it and thee pizza is surprisingly good
@@LevitaNostra most regular people don't have pizza peels and stones. Or don't want to preheat a stone for 45 minutes. Also, everyday crushed tomatoes can make a good sauce with a Lil salt and sugar. So I guess I'm asking for a good ghetto pizza video
Always a good option. And honestly, it looked like shit before that I'm just good at hiding it lol. I like that way because the less kneading the better. I was trying to show that even if it looks bad, it will come together as a bulk overnight.
maybe...use a different Font in the text, please. sorry. really hard to read, as its a "cartoon" font, all uppercase. great for headlines, but lousy for reading. I like how this video uses..."chiaroscuro" lighting :-))) very-Italiano! buona fortuna! (ughh...too-many ads (3), that really break up your good efforts). Pity!!
Will definitely look into a better font, always trying to improve, and will try to figure out how to minimize ads, that was not intentional and I don't even make money off those yet. As for the lighting, that was completely done unintentionally. Was it actually good? Thank you Antonio!!
I used a very small amount of yeast (.25% active dry) in the preferment, and used that as my leavening source. You can add as much as you like to the final dough.

It just seems like this recipe doesn’t use enough yeast.
When adding preferment you can add .25-.5% more (active dry) yeast. So for the remaining 400g flour that's being autolysed, you can add 1-2g :)
