i bought this cam recently, when i am playing the videos on my laptop it does not show me all 3-cam footage it only shows the front or inside, any advice on how to rectify it .

if you have all three cameras recording while you're driving, for instance you have plugged in the rear camera and your interior and front-facing cameras I have also been recording.. when you plug in that SD card on your computer there should be a DCIM folder and within that folder has 3 subfolders. the subfolders are labeled 1, 2 and 3. within the folders you will find the recordings for camera 1 in subfolder 1, camera 2 on folder 2, and camera 3 in subfolder 3.

Do you know if it has monitoring when the car is off? Let's say I go to the supermarket and someone crashes my car while I'm gone, so I can't find out what happened?

Yes. It has G sensor that records the events
