You should have gone to Tom Mboya Street and River Road from 6pm to experience the true evening rush. Kenya does not allow the importation of vehicles older than 8yrs meaning only those manufactured from 2016 can be cleared in 2023

In Kenya we name our roads and streets after african leaders for example Luthuli avenue was a south african pioneer for ANC party,we have Ralph Bunch Rd,we habe Tubman Road names after the a liberian president ,we also havr George padmon lane in ngong road names after a jamaican pan africanisg,we have marcus Garvey Rd names after a jamaican pan africanist,we have W.E.B Dubois Road who had a great influence to Kenyatta in London......we have accra Rd a ghanian town,
We have Sankara Hotel named after the Burkina Faso Thomas Sankara....❤❤❤that sums up the beauty of Nairobi,Kenya

Got nothing to do with Kenyans not loving their own city. It's like they are used to it to an extend that they find nothing knew when they've been around all through. Just like the way a Kenyan would find Kampala interesting because he/she isn't used to the same.

@Nabz Arah The reasoning then was that the government required all sim holders to be legally registered to do top ups(this would enable easy tracing of criminals). It was a presidential directive immediately after Kaweesi's incident.I know this cos I was working and staying in Kampala at that time.Maybe somebody to correct me if I'm wrong
