I wanted to point out you forgot to list the following steps: Burn your hand on hot oil Forget to put egg into mixture, drop second egg on the ground, forget to whisk egg beforehand and awkwardly whisk it in with the chicken I only make fun because I did the exact same thing with the egg while making this but it still turned out killer
i want to point out you never worked in high volume chains. its an everyday process. if you ever wonder why we can just grab shit out of the salamander with no gloves and out of the oven? now you know.
In the south, we just leave our left over oil in a pot on the corner of the stove or in the oven (when not in use ofc) and we’ll filter it out and re use it till we can’t. Oil can usually last a week or even longer it depends what you’re frying
