I don't think they were listening to you in the party by yourself, I think its the fact that you were streaming it through Playstation, so playstation can go through the STREAM and confirm any reports, NOT in the actual party. If you weren't streaming through playstation and were streaming through something else I highly doubt it would've happened. Also if you think about it, how else would they ban people that are streaming some foul stuff, they just go through the stream and monitor it if its reported. But don't get me wrong what you got banned for is pretty stupid

I didn’t think much of it cause I’ve said way worse things in my party chat but because I was streaming , PlayStation banned me for uploading inappropriate content to the PlayStation network. So if you’re streaming from your console anything you say can be used against you. I personally wish PlayStation was better with explaining why you got suspended, so you don’t do the same thing again. And the fact that their is no appeal system for anything other than chargebacks is ridiculous
