Squad and Post Scriptum both have me wanting to like and enjoy them but im stuck.. stuck because they visually look much more cartoony than HLL. I know HLL is considered broken or on the downhill slide. Im still loving how everything looks there. Has me immersed to a great level..and when i see these games i think i should really like these. Im still there unable to immerse and i always know im just there playing a game whereas HLL i lose myself in how great the workd looks and feels. Just one opinion..

PS/S44 did the ADS perfect for the snipers. Where as HLL made it to where you have the reticle and whole screen blacked out giving you the feel that the game came out in 2008 with the scope mechanics being so trash.

I understand the discourse surrounding HLL recently and agree that changes need made but this looks like a Temu version of Hell Let Loose.
The audio for the guns sounds ridiculous. Rifles and pistols sound like cap guns

Graphics ain't everything nowadays especially with so many 'pretty games' having absolutely disgusting gameplay elements and also having game meta about an inch deep.
