A year ago, i was a lot affected by the point of view of others, which often discouraged me for doing a lot of things, even when i was right. Now, i have shifted my focus more on my willingness and interest. This also enabled me to love myself.
That's great Anushka, People would always tell their side of the story, But to share your side of views or things you will have to experience that without any concern of "what others think"

You won't believe sir I have changed so many tuitions in search of a good psychology teacher and thank god finally I have found one. So about an year ago I was a type of person who got panicked so quickly. I used to get stressed about small things and this had a bad impact on my studies and behaviour. Also I was a blind truster and developed faith in anyone in no time. So I decided to change this attitude. I started reading sort of books, listening to motivational speakers and creating a positive and healthy environment around me through different aspects. And now I have almost overcome this problem and I am also a bit more confident about myself.
One more thing I want to add is that your videos are excellent. I just love them and uh are a big kinda support and motivation for me. So thank uh so much for your efforts and loads of love. ❣️

I used to get angry very easily but after discovering psychology and how anger can harm yourself and others I have became very calm and cool
Earlier i become too much sad/angry if someone insults me.
But then i started ignoring to the insults that i get from people.
And now i'm habitual with it. Now i've developed and now i don't care if someone insults me even in public.
So...yeah the path was hard, but i overcame to it too fast....❤️
from past few years I've controlled my anger and became more grateful towards every good person I interacted with
if I was talking before 2 or 3 years ago at that time and now there are so many changes like more focus in career, emotionally strong, leaving bad peoples/friends groups, and I learn to my fail and after failure my motivation increase toward my career.

So this is a beautiful change in me in past 1-2yrs
Recently I've been isolating myself not physically but socially and for what i think it is the post pandemic effect that has hit me and made me socially awkward. I'm not a social butterfly kind of person but I'm taking one step towards opening up to people and achieving my milestones because I realised that audacity and an air of confidence is what makes u a step closer to success.

11:25 I used to be an introvert but now I'm working on myself and I've gained some confidence and now I'm not afraid to ask any doubt infront of class
now i am in 11 but 3 years ago i was so unconfident about me ... i used be scared and unconfident in the class ... but i started to work on my speaking skills and gradually i am now improved .. i even have won alot of competitions of speaking and debates . just needed to work hard . sir you are really a great teacher thank you so much for helping us

I was really short tempered some 1 or 2 years ago and I was too negative in every situation like negative thinking and this negative thinking really a huge problem between me and my goals, so i had decide to being positive in every situation i start finding positive things which help me a lot and it really works.
From last year, I decided to wake at late night to study eveynight. I am still trying to be an extrovert because I realised that introverts or the one who is being too kind to others is not good for ourself too as others can take out of their profile from our kindness.. this caused me to have trust issues on people around me but i know well that if I want to make someone a trusty person from my point-of-view then first I have to trust him/her anyway.. i hope i'll go through this situation.. I'll must suggest ur channel to my friends and my siblings now and in future too! 👌💫
There was a time when I use to overthinking which let to anxiety attacks .but after this I changed myself I stared meditating and yoga .. learning several new activities . As psychology isn't my subject but because of my interest I started learning this ..

The thing that I am developing in myself now days is the ability to listen or understand as many people as possible without judging them, so that I can learn as much as possible from different people.
Before 1 year it was my lack of confidence which doesn't allow me to talk with others and I wasn't able to face stage performances like speech and presentation but now I have started to face this with boldness. Recently I received 2nd position for my ppt presentation competition. It was worthy for me.❤❤❤
I have become more confident than I was before .
Now I have a positive approach towards life .
I have worked on my sleep cycle and have decreased my screen time and I'm quite happy about it.

first of all namaskar sir....sir I changed a lot of things in me in the past 2 years, earlier I was not very much confident because I was not able to believe that I am correct but recently I tried to change myself... by taking my own decisions and by answering the questions in the class and also I don't have a good opinion about myself ... but in past 1 year I started loving myself and that was the change of my life... and now I am very much aware of myself and very much confident.....

i am in 11th standard and am a medical student
an year ago, i used to be really sensitive.. and i showed that easily but if I'll compare it with now, I've grown a bit mature and i dont really show my emotions to pretty much everyone, now i wake up early earlier i did not. Now i like keeping things to myself the only thing which haven't changed is my overthinking.. guess its my soulmate!!

I was pessimistic and now I've became more positive and now I believe that everything is a blessing in disguise and what isn't won't happen to me
Secondly I've started loving myself and stopped self criticism and started being there for myself and this has boosted my confidence as well
A 2 year ago i am become a self motivated person now i don't need to see more motivational videos thats what i felt i change in myself 😊
Sir I changed my behavior on judging a person. Before some months ago I used to judge people on the basis of their habits like higher percentage student is good etc. But now it has changed.

I was oversensitive and over thinking but thanks to my friends i lost these bad habits
Before 1 or 2 years ago I have a habit to wale whole night to complete projects, assignments or to study. It always worked for me but when I realise importance of getting up early I decided to change this habit though I now sometimes sleep late but always wakes up early in morning and It is working for me.
Lot of change in last 2 years that i am more responsible and more focused on my goals understand the value of time and responsibilities but somehow i dont overcome some of my bad habits so i desided to be a psychologist
When I was in class 9,I failed in computer science.When I went to class 10,I was naturally a but afraid of this sub. It waz natural.But,there was a boy in tg who helped me whenever I had any doubt.This changed me:).I got full marks in the second semester and 48 in the first semester.
I tried to study hard and improve myself and also convenced myself not to be to much emotionally attach to anyone 🙂
I have overcome the needs of friends in my life. There was a time when I had a bunch of friends but no one was genuine it was just fake. So now I have overcome this need of mine .Now I understand that sharing your life with everyone is not right and also everyone around you is not genuine. It's better to have less but have good ones near you .
A year ago i was very arrogant and I didn’t like to listen to my parents or my gaurdian but then i gradually understood that i should listen to their point of view and their advices because they have a lot more experience of life than me so now i listen more and talk less and try to absorb good advices
About one year ago I was more a follower like I didn't usually putted my opinion in frontof everyone because I was afraid of having conflicts but now I feel myself more confident and I can clearly put ny opinion in front of everyone without any worry. Also I was more a quiet and sensitive person before but now I am more outgoing and funny . All these changes have made me feel much better and relaxed in public gathering.

I've majorly changed myself in context of emotions like a year ago a lot of things happened to me and at that point of time I was so negative and depressed and got panic attacks frequently but I slowly changed this behaviour and started approaching to the things which are in my favour, the positive things, positive people and while changing this behaviour a lot of things changed and benefitted me.
sir personally i have changed a lot i realised that for a long time i used to go through a tough time in physics i mean i sometimes still do but i am overcoming it by trying hard and i have stopped procrastinating ....
Last 2 year phele main kisi par bahut jaldi believe kr leti thi bahut jldi friendly bhi ho jati thi aur issi nature ki wajah se i face so many type of problem ..mere friends ne mere life mai bahut badi problem create kr di thi jiski wajah se mai 2 months tak bahut hi i tension mai thi aur ,..............iss incident ko face krne ke baad mai ab kbhi bhi kisi se friendly jldi nhi ho paati plus kisi par believe nhi krti aur apni secrets apne pass hi rkhti hu and i realise that ki koi kitna bhi apna hota hai par apna nhi ho pata
So meri achievement ye hai ki mai aab apne life mai khush hu kisi ko apne life mai interfere na kr ke akele aur padhai likhai mai ❤️

Until a few years ago I had a lot of anger management issues and I was very headstrong and a little too outspoken. Initially it wasn't problematic to anyone but after a point it started getting on other people's nerves.
Almost 2 years ago I decided to control my anger and take a step back and look at my behavior towards others and in different social situations.
After talking to myself and reflecting on myself and my behavior, I realized that my outward anger and outspoken behavior was hiding my social anxiety.
I won't say that not being outspoken or headstrong has decreased my social anxiety but it has definitely showed me my weakness and now I'm able to look for ways to deal with it.
I was depressed for couple of years cause of my mother and father's divorce process, and thier fights. Also I lost someone close to my heart but somehow I came out of it. I think my depression taught me what others failed to. I was very worried about my future but months ago I decided to be a clinical psychologist. Also I researched on depression and was appreciated by teachers. I think my experiences of those two years which I spent in depression will help me alot in future. In future it will become easy for me to understand people who might suffer same. Bhagvad geeta helped me alot to overcome my panic attacks and depression.

Earlier I easily judged people a lot+ advised others a lot , compared myself a lot from people, Lot's of limiting beliefs and all!
But I started to overcome them and I am on the way!
Changing my limiting beliefs helps me a lot!
1 year ago I was so idiot and childish but now 10th class changed wpeverything for me and I am very mature more than a 50 years old 😂.
Before last year I used to get negative on every small thing, I used to have self-doubt, I didn't forgive people for their mistake, then I started paying attention to it, and now I don't have any issues like this and now I trust myself completely
I was an extrovert in the beginning of lockdown but now I have become a full-fledged introvert and I like to be alone because in this lockdown period I have learnt to enjoy my company and love myself.

Yes different psychology can be applied on one person at the same time.
Yes human psychology can be changed for many reasons...
i stopped overthinking , i learned to control my emotions , anger , ........because of these changes i have seen alot of changes in my behaviour .....
yes we can study and experiment some branches of psychology to some person as we all are having a common brain but it functions different according to the enviornment we got ,which can be differ in social ,cultural,enviornmental and many others ... every human has different exposure and they have different experiences..
My behavior was that even after knowing everything, I remained silent but I changed it and now if anyone does anything wrong to me then I stand for myself 💓
I had a very bad uncontrollable anxiety issues , which was really uncomfortable at times due to which I used to overthink a lot and due to this my mental health was not okay and one day i decided that i need to over come this, i started to practice things which I loved the most , i started to stay busy all day , learned new skill , changed my daily routine, pampered myself a little more everyday, etc !!
self love was increasing , i was getting confident,i was determined and i just love this perticular phase of my life which gave me this confidence that I can do things which I think I can't !!!! Cause anxiety issue scared me to next level i still don't want this to come back im so much done with this !!!
I still have anxiety issues at times!!!Butttttttt !!!!!!
I can control this now and overcome it !!!! ❤️🧿🧚 and I'm proud of myself for this ❤️....

I learnt to be calmer (in being angry) than my past myself.
When I was younger, I was terrified of interacting with people, and I didn't have anyone to call my 'friend'... My social skills have improved a great deal and I have a lot of friends who care about me now

I become wiser by listening, practicing, different quotes taken from Mahabharata, successful people, spiritual leaders(their thinking, thoughts, teachings
learn a lot about life and death
there are many distractions that came in path some get dissolve but some remains
now just trying to consciously dissolve/extract from it (because positive and negative is both defined by us)
I have also started to live life more practically...which has improved understanding of life.
A year ago I was affected by people's opinions,friends leaving me for another friend etc. And yes I was a people pleaser so yeah all these few things in the past affected me alot by emotionally and physically,which is why when Jeepster all those things which I thought was important for other or to look good ,I felt relief washed over me ,I began to watch self improvement videos ,started meditating ,and learned new techniques of how to love yourself ,how to not judge etc. And also I blocked all those friends who never ever made me feel okay. Through this I found my real self and started to love myself and others as how I want people to love me.

I used to feel very self conscious and therefore hamper the smooth conversation many a times with others.
Now I have overcome it and I can say that I have passed the stage of overthinking and being overly self conscious.
It only helped me in my confidence buildup, studies and social circle.

So, the behaviour that I have changed in past few months is to think before taking a decision instead of taking rash decisions

After covid-19 due to not have anying contact with the outside world I started to develop stage fear which severely affected me because I was good Speaker and the 10th pressure made it worst
But now after talking to myself in Mirror and developing faith in myself have made me better

Behaviour changes which I did that is Maturity and mindset . now , I am developing matured . and I am changing my mindset according to scientific way & rational way
Earlier I use to judge people a lot and have a very narrow mindset! Means according to me I'm right and if someone is against it that person is wrong and now I don't judge people (atleast not as not much as I use to do before) If someone has done something or said something I try to understand the thing from that person's shoes! I think I've evolved a lot lot !
But still I am a very big overthinker means I thinkway too much so trying to work on this!
Before a year or two , I was really affected by my introvertness as I could not make friends so in order to fit in I changed myself a lot and abandoning my original self for acceptance is something I deeply regret now and have decided to change this approach and now I feel more at ease and more like myself 🙂
I have changed many of my habits like taking in other people's negative opinions, always being worried about how others will think of me, always being concerned about if I do this will it harm others, always stucking in between of two choices and etc.. but now I have overcome all of these and started living for myself.. I'm still concerned about many things like what is my existence, why I'm still here and what my future will be.. but I'm sure I'll find my answers really soon..

Year ago I was having anxiety and overthinking, even though I still do it but it's not as bad like that time...I could not eat and kept vomiting because of anxiety, I reached out to my school counselor, parents, sibling, friends and they helped me to cope up with it. I want to learn how to make quick decisions and handle situations.

A year ago, I wanted to please everyone. I had the feeling that if everyone does not like me, it is very wrong or something. That trying to please everyone really affected my mental health and I still go through anxiety attacks because of this.
But now I have learnt that I cant be a hero to everyone, I have to be myself first and love myself first before trying to tend to others needs. I have fewer anxiety issues now but its still there, that nagging feeling when someone is not satisfied with me or my behavior. But I am improving. It really helped to get this out of the system 😌
I was not much focused on study but now i want to clean upsc that is why i changed my self alot and now my focus is good on study and i will keep changing this

I m a 11grade student and took Humanities..... Sir i used to be very short tempered till last year ,my patience level was very low.....i worked on my problem ...it took a long period of time but now i can say that patience is in me and i can handle a particular situation without being aggressive.
