I wish I had your knowledge, focus, and determination at your age. I'd be comfortably retired today at 46 and that was with me probably 2 year behind your current pace. Instead 10 more years would be optimistic for me. Stay focus, I believe you should have enough to retire in your early to mid 40s.

congrats on your student loans, i just paid mine off. I graduated last winter and paid about 17k off. I ran the numbers as well, and like you said you’re technically better off paying them off monthly because of the interest rate but from a pyscological stand point you’re free from debt.

You’ve 10x your retirement accounts respectively and your crypto continues to grow but you are cognizant that is was a “right place, right time” thing as we still don’t know too much about crypto over all. It’s an area I lack in my investments but my goal is also to have at least 5 percent in crypto going forward. I almost bought one bitcoin the day of the shutdown: March 15, 2020 when it was $3200 dollars with the news. I instead opted to by Amazon for $1890 google for $1100 and Tesla for 200 and I’m okay with the gains I missed out on. Keep up the good work. I’m set to start posting my own content again soon.
